The butcher was very nice; however, the american bacon we bought from their frozen section(they were out of fresh) did not cook very well. The bacon was brown after defrosting and the fat just burned. We’ve cooked plenty of bacon and this didn’t seem right.

New in town, looking for a butcher and separately looking for British products. Very happy with what I found. Meat was priced very well and had great taste.

Love their original Auburn location! Now it’s great to have a closer option. Grass fed meats and smoked goodies. Their half and half’s are to die for!

This place is awesome. You must try their«Half and Halves» and their Landjaegers, they are to die for.(The«Half and Halves» are a cross between a Landjaeger and fresh pepperoni sausages.) Twice now we’ve also bought their dry aged, grass fed and finished flank steaks. They are not only generously portioned and a very decent price(about $ 6 per pound) for grass fed/finished beef but also cook out to be very tender and flavorful. Two steaks made four meals for us. We asked the owner how to prepare them so they would come out tender and her suggestion worked like a charm. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. I splurged this time around and got a nice«crisp apple soda», made with pressed apples and real sugar, and a little bag of «Jelly Babies», which taste just like a homemade fruit gumi,
