10⁄176:45ish To the guy running things solo: your customer service was absolutely amazing. You had a long line and didn’t show any signs of irritation at all. You personalized service to all of us and you were genuine. You were a speedy gentleman-even my 3 little ladies commented on it. Excellent job, excellent service… We thought you needed to know.

I have celiac disease, and during previous visits to this location was lucky enough to have someone on shift who also had celiac and handled my order really spectacularly. Went today and had someone who did literally everything you could do wrong. She cross-contaminated my order over and over again front of me, even after I reminded her I was allergic and had asked her to start over the first time. Then I gave up since she just kept on doing it. Kept touching another order and going back to mine, using the same utensils, using the same gloves from the other order… Plus every question about my order she asked, she ignored my answer and did the opposite. I know handling food allergies must be a pain for workers, but I usually feel comfortable going to Subway since I’ve been told workers at gluten-free locations undergo monthly training to know how to avoid cross-contamination. Bummed that I’m going to have to cross this location off my list since it’s so close to my house.

This is one of two Subways on Mile Hill Road in Port Orchard. Woods is the cross street, but Mile Hill is the main street. This is the Subway nearest to me. It is located inside a gas station. It’s the standard Subway that you have come to expect. Good for a light meal plus, you can gas up your car while you are at it.
