Over-​priced, rude owner, and outrageous prices for alterations /​sewing.
They do a poor job of removing stains, and they charge you for each stain — the owner always tells me what the stains are — «oh, that’s blood, that costs more». Sure guy — try salsa. The guy is a jerk with a poor attitude and no notion of customer service. His employees are very nice, helpful, and reasonable to deal with — but the owner takes his customers for granted and squeezes every cent out of them.
He’d routinely charge me close to $ 30 for sewing a small hole in the pocket of a pair of slacks, and the repairs would be done so poorly I’d have to return after wearing the slacks twice to have them re-​sewn.
Had I known Port Orchard had more than one dry cleaners, I’d have stopped coming here after the first time.
Do yourself a favor and go to Amy’s next to Safeway on Bethel. They do a way better job at much more reasonable prices, and the owner is very friendly.
