Wendy’s

I just have to rate this Wendy’s location 5-​stars. They have been friendly to me the past 2.5 years that I’ve been to the location. They once made a mistake on my Spicy Chicken Sand. (I had asked for EXTRA mayo, and they give me the sandwich with no mayo.) I drove back 10 minutes later, just asking them to add some mayo to my sandwich — and to my surprise, they gave me a free chicken sandwich and apologized. They told me they accidentally pushed the wrong button on the computer.
5 Stars for great food, and great customer service.

Legit girls work here, always making our fries extra salty. Great place to get a frosty after visiting Wal-​Mart.

Service doesn’t stand out but is still good. Drive through service is good you get your food in an orderly fashion.
Getting in and out of Wendy’s is a bit of a pain.

I’m going to say I love Wendy’s. I love how fresh their burgers taste compared to other «fast food» restaurants. They’ve gotten my order wrong before but I will just chalk that up to them being extremely busy during dinner rush. The only 2 negative things I can say is that they are super slow at the drive thru when it is peak meal times and the lettuce they’ve been putting on is like the white bottom root part, what’s up with that? Get with it and you’ll get my 5 stars Wendy’s of PO! Woot! :-D

Food is just OK, staff always forgets the condiments you ask for.

I hate giving reviews for fast food restaurants. Because they’re fast food restaurants. I only give my review if it’s extremely praise worthy, or the complete opposite. Like this. If I wanted a five star dining experience, I’d obviously go to a fine steak house, candles lit, and someone massaging my shoulders while I cut into a steak.
I went to this Wendy’s when I first moved to Port Orchard like a year ago. I ordered a side of chili and there was literally just a hamburger patty in the chili. That was it. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I didn’t go back to this location until about a week ago.
Got a chicken sandwich and it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever had. It tasted awful, like it was rodent meat that was left dead for the past three weeks. I couldn’t even finish it.
I ended up getting food poisoning after.
So I’m definitely not giving this Wendy’s a third chance. A second chance was much to lenient.
Disgusting food.

The staff has been very friendly both times I have gone. The food was pretty good considering it’s fast food. Reason for 3 stars is fast food can only be so good it’s nothing special an honestly cost way to much. You can easily spend 10 $ on a combo I can spend that at a place that has really good food. Ill come back here when It’s a last second thing.

The service has definitely improved. The staff are nice and they get your order right. No complaints.

The quality of the food is generally very good, their service, however, needs work. The workers lack kindness toward their customers, which I find surprising since we are essentially the people giving them their paychecks. I always order the same thing, a crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo, and that’s it, but they still put mayo on half the time. This would be understandable when they are extremely busy, but they still mess up my extremely simple order at 12am when I’m the only one at the drive through! I work nights at the Wal-​Mart next door so I often need to go there just to grab a quick bite to eat before work. Personally I only go here as a last resort, and I suggest not throwing away your receipt until you double-​check your order. Not impressed.

Their speed and accuracy have much improved.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Honestly most people are going to look at this and be like «Oh jeez what an exaggerator» But I HATE this Wendy’s. And believe me i love me some Wendy’s. I cant think of a time in the last two years that Ive gone here, and had good service through the drive through. Don’t get me wrong, we generally have a pretty large order, and Ive worked in the industry to know, its hard to get it right all the time. GOOD LORD PEOPLE. They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get my order not just a little effed up, but not even close to right. I HATE this Wendy’s. I hope it burns down, or gets all new management.

This is a pretty typical Wendy’s location.
Pros: they have a decent sized dining room that is clean and light. The tables have enough room to walk between them without bumping into the other patrons. The soda machine is separate from the ordering line and is one of the fun, pick your own flavor type of machines. I love their burgers, as far as fast food burgers go, and their spicy chicken nuggets are delicious! The nuggets and fries go great dipped in a classic frosty. I like their value menu as it has a lot of options that I actually get to make a meal, versus other places where I feel like the values are all desserts or fries.
Cons: The staff are nice, but they seem to get confused easily and don’t put in any more than the minimum amount of effort. The tables are always slightly sticky, even when washed, and the 2 person tables aren’t really big enough for two meals. The caesar salad is disappointing, just get the fries.

Everybody knows what Wendy’s is all about. So let me qualify my 5 star review by saying this is a 5 star Wendy’s location. Wendy’s in general is probably rated anywhere between 2 and 4 stars depending on what type of day your having. Anyway this location is ridiculously fast, to the point where you can probably pay and pick up your food in the drive thru without ever coming to a complete stop. On top of that I’ve never had an order messed up and everything is fresh, never soggy or stale. Basing this off of approximately 4 visits between 2011 and 2012.

Avoid at all costs. Service is slow. Took 20 minutes for them to scoop an order of fries. Seems like they’re always understaffed during busy hours, and at night the food tastes like it’s been sitting for 3 hours.

Food is not bad. It is typical Wendy’s fare. BUT their biggest issue are the flies that hang out in their dining room. The fly problem can be so bad on warm days that you cannot eat your meal in peace without a fly trying to land on your food or crawl around on your table.
One customer complained to a staff person about the flies and then complained to the manager, and was told it was because the flies were coming from the drive through window (the window is across the lot from their dumpster). But I have notice the problem seems worse when they have the back door to the food prep area open on hot summer days. Parking lot is small and sort of awkward to park in and get out of.
