McDonald’s

Every time I come here, they are fast, friendly, and awesome! My order is correct every time, without fail. The staff here actually seem to like their job and are very friendly. It’s fast food at its best. Thank you for finally training a near perfect crew!

McDonald’s is fast food, and at this place they indeed take «fast» seriously. There were a few cars at the drive-​thru but the line kept moving smoothly, and as soon as I paid the cashier at the first window, there was this hand sticking out of the second window holding my bag ready for me to swoop it away. The efficiency is impressive. Other drive-​thrus, McDonald’s or not, should take pointers. Now fast food is not known for its stellar quality, but my bacon egg and cheese biscuit turned out fresh, plump, juicy, and high quality. Bonus points for that!

Breakfast all day is a lie! They have all the gross stuff you hate, and none of the yummy goodness you want.
Worse, they didn’t tell me til after I paid and was waiting for the food. «Sir, I can only offer you a gross, Frankenstein — like imitation of the food you actually ordered. Is that ok, or do you want your money back and to leave hungry after already wasting 10 minutes of your life on this offensive farce?»

I admit it. I like McDonalds. I like their business model. I like their process and technology. I have become accustom to some of their food even though I know it is shortening my life. I have gone to McDonalds all over the US, Canada and western Europe. If I were corporate McDonalds, I would use this store as an example of getting it right. I would make other franchisees go here for follow up/​remedial training. Especially the Gig Harbor store on Borgen (ISHDA! — Urban Dictionary version!))
As McDonalds stores go, this is a very well run place. I typically use the drive thru so I cannot speak to the interior other than they have clearly remodeled it.
The teams is ALWAYS fast, ACCURATE, polite and friendly. The food is consistent with the McDonalds brand promise for better or worse from a dietary perspective! ;o)
I typically stop here on the way to my boat as it is very conveniently located off the Sedgwick exit on Highway 16 on Port Orchard.

There are a lot of employees and a lot of flies in the restaurant and in the restroom. Always there were flies, but today Monday, 10/5/2015…definitely more than anywhere I have seen! With so many employees, someone could grab ahold of a fly swatter? Where is public health inspection? Dairy Queen, two doors over, I have never seen one in the restaurant. It has improved lately. I stop there everywhere for bathroom break. It has improved with the flies issue. Good job.

Ok, it’s a Micky-​Dees. So here’s what I think of this particular McDonald’s.
+ Location, near Hwy 16.
+ 2 drive-​thru lanes.
— slow Internet
— listless staff
— managers that don’t look happy, never smile, etc. Doesn’t make you want to stay there.
Go through the drive-​thru and get something like their salads that won’t make you feel ill in 30 minutes.

Every time I go here to get a soda, they always make asinine comments about my drink order. It gets to the point where I refuse to even go this McDonalds. So unprofessional.

Pretty good for a McDonald’s. We went through the drive-​thru. There are two lanes from which to order and there was no communication problem with the girl taking our order. We got our breakfast quickly but there was more in the bag than we ordered. I can’t complain about that, though. The food was hot and neatly made. In fact, the only reason I don’t give it five stars is because I feel like garbage now, but that’s no surprise.

I’m going to knock two stars off my previous glowing review because the drive-​thru has gotten sloppy recently in making sure orders are accurate, and recently Wifi didn’t work. I will update this review if things change next time I’m here.

Had two $ 1 sausage burritos here. Just meh. I’ve had better ones before.
Stopped here on our way to Springfield, Oregon from Port Angeles after taking a ferry back from Victoria, BC. This might be just a major assumption, but does the state of Washington believe in toliet seat covers??? I’m just wondering because we stopped at rest stop in Washington and they lacked toilet seat covers too. Hmph. Just wondering.
