You can always count on a good comforting meal and friendly service. Love this place. Friday night is Prime Rib special. Call a day ahead.
Best burgers around. Tuesday is chicken fajita night. And, they always have a great Thursday night special.
Worth 6 stars if it was available.

We love this family owned restaurant! Service is always friendly, food is always good, and the atmosphere makes me feel at home and it’s not too noisy. 1st off they have the best dang French onion soup you’ll ever taste, the split pea with ham is yummy and bursting with flavor too. They make their own balsamic dressing which my family LOVES! Also their white fish and chicken tenders are really good… And their chargrilled burgers are always a great choice. We go there every week and every experience is truly enjoyable.

I feel lucky to have found this place. It looks like a typical neighborhood bar, but Chef Mike, makes it a great casual dining experience. First, let’s start w the salad… beside being very large, I have seldom found salads with such fresh lettuce and cool crunchy texture. My favorites are the firecracker shrimp and firecracker wings (can u say BAM…). Their Friday night special is prime rib, which will rival any other at half the price. And finally, I have never had a better hamburger anywhere…2 sizes, ½ and ¾ lb, simply delicious. They make fresh soups daily. I have never been disappointed with any meal at Alex’s. Oh, and did I mention the pork chops… YUM.

Went here a couple of months ago and really liked their burger. My wife had the Philly cheese steak and thought it was cooked very well.
