I work near this location, I have been here at least 10 times. Staff has always been courteous, order was always accurate and fast, restaurant is always clean including bathroom. 5 stars

Delivery time was quick! Sub was great! Drink was overpriced with too much ice. Chips were supposed to be flavored and bag said it was but chips were very plain. Added more than $ 3.50 for chips and a small drink(16 oz cup ¾ filled with ice) hence the drop of two stars from five. My advice just order a sub get your drink and chips at Walgreens or the gas station and save 2 bucks.

If you are into HORENDOUS flavored subs this is your spot!!! I have tried to give this place a chance twice, twice I say and they have proven they are the worse of the worse! I always get the ‘Vito’. This time my bread was hard on the bottom the meat seemed old as it had began to dis-color. I noticed that from the first bite and ONLY bite. I had to throw it in the garbage. I’ve eaten here at another location in Jacksonville, Fl of which was very delicious. This particular location seems to serve hard bread and almost old meat. On the inside it is clean and the staff are nice but what is the deal with meat and bread??? All I can say is, «never again»!

Very nice place décor wise. As for the food… Bread was good, but they are a bit skimpy on the meat. Even their«giant club sandwiches» that are supposed to have twice as much meat as their regular subs were no better than subway size wise. That being said, the sandwich was good. Although I don’t understand the whole«gourmet» thing. Maybe cause they use Dijon mustard? :-) Jersey Mikes is better.

I had never heard of Jimmy John’s until we kept walking by the opening of this location — «Ooooh so many booths!» «So much red color… what will it be?!» — and then one day it was revealed — Jimmy John’s! I was excited. I had never been to one, and it looked pretty cool. I love subs. I have a manly desire for a fantastic sandwich when I lay in bed at night. I regularly frolic with pastrami and mustard bottles in my dreams. Often times garlic bread will make an appearance, and the usual cast of course — assortments of cheese, sweet peppers, a little jalapeño on the side. But oh. My poor little heart. You can get NONE of these things at Jimmy John’s. What do you mean you have no peppers? Why am I not allowed to order any veggies on the side? Seriously? ONLYPROVOLONECHEESE? This is not a sandwich shop. Jimmy John’s is even confused about what it is. They advertise«gourmet sandwiches», but when you get inside the menu board says«ok, so we don’t have gourmet sandwiches». Oh real smooth, so you’re admitting you lured us in with inaccurate advertising? Thanks. I am sad. If you are ok with a lack of veggies and relying on the taste of provolone cheese for every single sandwich they offer then I will say you will probably enjoy it. It did taste good, but I don’t have time for boring. PROS: Bread was delicious. The guys working were really nice and super happy to be there. Fair price for being better than Subway(with FAR less options). Free delivery — that’s cool. I just wish this excitement stayed alive more like Burger Barn did for Endora.
