The issue with this Duffy’s is that it is inconsistent. I was seated promptly but 2 servers were sort of «fighting» over whose table it was. When they sorted it out my drink order was taken. I ordered a medium well cheeseburger with cheddar and fries. When it arrived the fries were lukewarm. I decided to let it go but when I cut into my burger red came out and it was definitely not medium well. My server quickly took it back to the kitchen. When the«new» burger returned it was cut in four pieces on the bun(I guess that’s how they determine it was done!?). I will say it was flavorful and delicious after I removed it from the bun since it kept falling out. I was surprised too that it didn’t come with onions-just lettuce and a slice of tomato. Had my burger come out properly cooked the first time and not chopped into pieces I could have given this visit four stars since it did taste good.

Have attended 5NY Mets Fantasy Camps and every year I look forward to going to Duffy’s as a great place to go for a nice meal and cold drink. The weather up north was bad so we got started out of Jersey late and rolled into town at 10 pm on the 24th of Jan. Our first stop was Duffy’s and was sad to see the menu had changed and my favorite dish was not available,(Seafood Scampi) so I opted for the shrimp scampi. Food was good and this visit went well. Wife flew in Wed the 27th and we headed straight to Duff’s for a lunch. After 15 minutes our waitress came out and told me they were out of turkey and I would have to change my meal. Ok opted for soup and sandwich(out of the soup I wanted) rest of table got food while I waited for mine. Soup was cold and food not so good. I told wife that we would give them another chance and come for dinner later that night as my daughter had looked forward to getting her picture drawn by Tony Dee as she had done in past. Got there at 8:20 and was seated by non interested 18 year old hostess. Looked for Tony Dee and was told that he went home early.(very disappointed as she had talked about this for months). To our surprise we then sat there for 20 minutes without any interaction with any Duffy’s staff. We took this as horrible customer service, no offer of drinks, no proper greeting, and no concern for a good customer. I looked at my wife and we agreed that we would leave and go to get fast food elsewhere. On the way out the door we told the 318ish girls at the hostess counter that on Wed the 27th service was terrible. The answer of «Oh okay» was what I expected from them. They had no interest in trying to save this situation and let a good paying customer walk out the door. I work in a customer service field and I hope you use this as a teachable review. If I were the owner/manager I would be appalled that one of my customers had this type of day at Duffy’s.

Great drink deals. Nice looking bartenders, but the customer base is 75% retired people… Craft Beer is cheap here.

What has happened to my favorite«go to» for sports food? First, they changed the menu. My mushroom Swiss cheeseburger now has the addition of bacon. Ok. So I ordered it. What came out was undercooked bacon which I sent back. The tomato, lettuce and onion was underneath the patty which meant it was«cooking» under there. Yeech. So– if it ain’t broke-don’t fix it. My spouse ordered a dinner which came out ice cold and no matter how convincing I tried to be –it was discarded and refused. Both soups were not very hot either. So it was a Sunday night about 7:30 pm. Note to self. Never go at that time. The staff is cleaning up to go home. And I went through this on another visit. Tonight’s dining experience? POOR

All day everyday 2 for 1 drinks. Everything is always excellent. Duffy’s is a very busy sports bar.

Drinks are over priced and food is pretty good if you’re looking for a burger or wings. We’ve been there 4 or 5 times now and have always had great service. They show the UFC fights so they def get a 4 star review.

Will never go back. Seem to have an issue with a bar tender. Were both in our 50’s my wife went to the head I tried to order her a drink. No go, they had to wait for her to come back. To check her ID .10 minutes later a young guy came in and order drinks for a problem with doing that. When I questioned her she glared at me and said do you want a drink or not. We tried going in a few other times and always an attitude. So many other places in town to go to we won’t go back.

We thought that because this restaurant was in the bowling alley we were going to, it would be convenient. We were wrong! It took a while for someone to come ask us if we needed anything, and, barely after we got our food, our waiter was pushing us to pay our ticket before we were even done bowling. He came and asked us twice if we were ready to pay and the last time he told us he was getting ready to leave and asked us to hurry. The food was decent but because the service was terrible, I don’t think we’ll be eating there again.

We have been a fan of the stuff is since around the time that it opened. We have been there for many occasions, whether it’s a night out with the guys(and the occasional wife), father’s Day, a Miami Heat playoff game or just to get out and celebrate something and have a drink. On average, the service is above average, though be prepared that the service is mainly younger 20 somethings that are not career waitresses and generally do not give enthusiastic service, but efficient and polite. Overall, the service is good but that is not the main reason to come to this Duffys. It’s all about the games on TV, the better than you’d expect in a sports bar-type place food, and the quality and two-for-one drinks. The fact that it’s hooked to a bowling alley/laser tag/arcade/batting cages area and has a very generous we wards program or nice extra bonuses! :-) There are many TVs in this place, it’s like Best Buy and Jetsons opened a restaurant! It’s nice to know that when there is a good Heat game on, there’s a very good chance that whatever seat I get will have a good view of one of the TVs with the game on. Go Heat! The food is better than you’d expect for a place that focuses on sports and when most of the guys go out and a few of their great wives would come along, it’s a place the women would not mind going to because they know the food is decent and they can usually find something they like on the menu. The salads are good too, with creative ones also like a goat cheese and apple salad that is worth mentioning. The ahi tuna also gets respectable marks for being served in a place like this and being decent. Nice going guys! The drinks seem to follow the same path of quality that the food is on. Drinks tend to be a little better than you’d find at your average sports bar with more creative offerings to be found on the drink menu. You can even get such indulgences as cotton candy martinis and pretty flavorful cosmos. The drinks are competitively priced and the two-for-one program definitely send home a letter of value. A good size bar area Close to the restrooms is great for those that just want to drink or maybe have a meal casually at the bar and not miss any of the action of the game. The rewards program is very generous and often has specials for members. It’s very convenient to the bowling alley and they serve those that are playing, too. If you’re in the town visiting, looking for a casual night out with some friends or want to catch the big game, Duffys is worth a serious look. One of our favorite memories is during the Miami Heat finals of 2013. We hold that time dear and look forward to making more great memories with other fans and the staff at Duffys St. Lucie West.

We arrived at 7 tonight and were told the wait would be 45 minutes for our party of 6. This wasn’t surprising, since the place was very busy and we didn’t have reservations. Four of our party left, and we placed a to-go order for nachos and flatbread, which we were told would take about 20 minutes. Over an hour later, we requested a refund when we were told our order was lost. Within 3 minutes, our food was«located», and we were also given a refund. I wouldn’t usually bother to write a review for a restaurant clearly having a bad night and not being able to handle the crush, but I had to mention the abysmal behavior of the hostesses tasked with handling the front of the house during our wait. After 30 minutes we requested an update on our food. The hostess told us they were waiting for our flatbread. Fifteen minutes later, we were joking about the elapsed time when another hostess loudly complained that I was being passive aggressive. After that, they just flat out ignored us. I finally had to stand in the way of one of the girls and beg for an update(which was when I was told our food was lost. It was«found» 3 minutes after that…) The food was alright, nothing special. Not worth the 75 minutes we waited for it. Wish I’d asked for the refund sooner. ***Edited to add: really appreciate that management has reached out to try to make things better.

The food quality was meh. The hangover burger was ok. I ordered medium and received a well done burger. The yolk was almost cooked through on the egg. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer and they were cold in the middle. It seemed like they had been cooked, chilled, topped and then microwaved. However, our server Anthony was amazing. He genuinely cared and was extremely attentive. The 3 stars all belong to him. The food itself is what brought my rating down. Update: I just spoke with the manager about our experience last night. I really appreciate that you are reaching out to make things right. Seems like this is a very well run company and that I caught y’all on an off night.

Large busy sports bar, friendly, efficient staff, regular bar food… nothing outstanding BUT drinks are two for one. What can I say!!” We bowled… that was fun, putt putt is in serious need of refurbishing though.

Use to eat here 4 or 5 times a week, but the wait for a table is long even when they have empty tables. Additional, the wait for service and the meal are getting longer and longer. Most of the server are great, but some of their greeters need lessons in customer service. I won’t name names, but I’m about ready to ditch the old Duffy’s card.

In town with friends on a golf trip. In the immediate area, it’s mostly chain restaurants so decided to give this a try. Went on a Sunday and Monday. Packed. There was a wait to get a table, but open seats at the bar. FOOD — Typical pub fare. The chili was a bit bland. Taco salad was better. Friend had the wings and said they were good. Seems like they have specials every day, on Monday everything on the menu was $ 12.95 or less. DRINKS — A lot on tap but mostly the basics(didn’t see any local specials). On Sunday, tall draughts were 2 for $ 8. On Monday, it was pints for the same price. SERVICE — So-so, but the bar was busy. There are multiple bartenders working, but feels like once a person waits on you, they are the only one going to pay attention. AMBIENCE — A lot of locals, mostly older crowd(50 and up, some 40 somethings but not much younger). Better than the local Outback, which had nothing but 70+. Quite a few TVs so if you are watching a game, a good place to be.

So we quit going to this Duffy’s for quite some time because of the same old problems cold food undercooked wings etc. so last week we went twice food was great so we got take out tonight what a disappointment the wings were not cooked all the way through my grilled Mahi and Fries were cold I should have known when I got there to pick up my order they were just sitting on the back counter. Hostesses were more concerned about the Football game they were watching screaming literally at the tv I get that Sunday’s are busy but come on you need to be consistent and have good food all the time.

The new manager is doing a great job. Professional and friendly. He fixed or accommodated every problem I had, which were minor.

My experience started off pretty poorly. I called at 7:30 pm so that my order would be ready by 8:30 and let them know that I would be there at 8:30 to pick it up. My co worker and I each ordered wings and fries. I realize that this is not a «take out«place, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is annoying when you are on your lunch break and have others waiting on you, especially when you planned ahead and gave ample time. The excuse was…“there are a lot of wing orders waiting». Aside from that, the food was ok. Nothing to make me come back again. The wings weren’t anything special. My fries were bland. $ 15 seems a bit much for mediocre wings and fries that I waited too long for.

Tonight was the first time I’ve been here and we will never be back. Waited at our FILTHY table for 35 minutes while no one cleaned it after we asked multiple times for the table to be cleaned so we could sit with the rest of our party. Spoke with the manager who blamed us for hovering around the table when they knew which one we needed cleaned. Poor service partnered with staff who doesn’t give a hoot about customer service and great customer relations makes this a place I will never visit again.

Great place to eat good food and watch football! Had the Philly, it was really good. Would have given 5 stars but our server wasn’t very friendly.

The lemon drop martini is the bomb diggity! And it comes with a sugar lollipop! That alone makes it worthwhile. Now throw in good eats and you have a winner. The Asian salad(ahi with cucumbers and pasta with lots and lots of wasabi is wonderful. This place is a winner! Highly recommend !
