Confused as to why it would say that No appointment is necessary, yet when I go in they tell me that it’s appointment only… Disappointed

The whole staff is very professional and very nice. Peggy did my facial, she is amazing !! I booked my appointment for next month already with her. I’ve gone to many spas before and I really liked how clean everything was and the attention to the customer. Deff going to keep coming back!

It was the most wonderful spa experience I’ve ever had. EVERYONE was wonderful to me and made me feel special. From the nice herbal tea, to the meticulous nails, to the incredible massage and facial with the warm herbed towels… the atmosphere and attitudes were perfect! Friendly, warm and professional. I want to hug them all and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect way to relax and be pampered. It’s my new favorite place.

I’ve been going here for 4 years. I generally love the place but they seem to have a problem with keeping their stylist. I’ve had 2 stylists, and after the last steady one left I have tried 2 others that are ok but nowhere near as good as the one I had. And for the amount of money you pay for highlighting, and a cut it better be A+ work. And it has not been. I also use their massage services a lot. I actually settled on a favorite, which I usually don’t do, and now I’m sorry I did. She’s great, and has been promoted to the highest service tier. But 100 $ plus 20% tip is a little pricey for 60 minutes. Last, Perka. I liked it. They don’t use it any more. I’m looking for another Salon/Spa to spend ~2G a year in. Side note: Their shampoo sessions before a cut aren’t really good at all. It should be relaxing, and its not. Chairs are uncomfortable. Water has a temperature problem. And I have not had 1 stylist take their time with it.

I was given a gift card to this place and the receptionist did not redeem it because it said used for the salon. The cost was 35 dollars for a gelish manicure. I was not happy with the service. I booked an appointement and the lady talked the entire time. She put down other salons and techniques. She used a gelish polish on my nails which ending up chipping the same week. I will not go back to this place.

This place is a joke. I am in Florida on vacation and booked a 90 minute spa appointment on line and received a confirmation e mail with my date and time, which was today April 18, 2015 at 11:15. this was not the original time I requested, but I really needed a massage so I rearranged my vacation plans around this appt. I drove 30 minutes to get there, and was told I’m not in the schedule. I showed them the email that was sent to me and all they said was, «sorry we can’t take you,» and let me walk out the door. Are you kidding me? I will never make another appointment at this place. There are so many other spas in this area, so I would suggest going somewhere else if you actually want to have a massage.

First time getting a facial done at this place and it was amazing. I had Jennifer as my skin specialist, she was amazing! I feel so relaxed and refreshed after my treatment. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I recommend everyone who need just a little get away to come here, relax and get a spa treatment!

Love, love, love this place! After trying a few other local salons, my poor hair and eyebrows suffering in the process, I finally found my new hair and spa home. Not the least expensive, but in this town you get what you pay for and I find this salon on par with prices at other suburban Aveda salons, if not cheaper. SPA: Sara was my first introduction to Fusion and she has consistently tamed my eyebrows and smoothed my wrinkles away(the real ones and the imaginary ones) with microdermabrasion and facials. An added bonus is that Sara is a super awesome person and always a delight to chat with about skin, life, etc. SALON: Reva is amazing! I knew Reva was the one for me because I always want her hair. She’s fast, honest about what my hair can and cannot do, and stylish. In a salon that can be 90’s loud and dated(open layout, everyone wears black), Reva is always professional and courteous… and funny to boot!

I love Aveda products, so I actually went to this salon for over a year for my services. The salon itself is nice and clean. The reception staff is a hit or miss on their customer service. The stylist that I went to for the majority of my services was Sam. She does great hair. She is excellent at cut and color. She’s pretty rough when she does shampoo your hair. There was a few times that I felt a little too roughed up that I questioned why I was putting up with it when getting your hair washed is usually the best part! I went to Stephanie one time, and while it was not what I wanted and I did not return to her, I did see her do others hair well. This place is expensive! You get what you pay for, but they do exceed themselves! $ 60 – 70 for a haircut! They charge $ 10 for a bang cut, but then add a $ 25 service charge. And $ 28 for the blow dry/style. They also charge a $ 25 service charge when you use their gift cards. When you ask them what the service charge is, they mumble something and don’t directly answer. I never walked out of there not having paid under $ 125 nor were the charges ever the same for the same services. The average for a cut and color(base touch up &7 foils) is easily close to $ 200. That and the rough shampoo is why I stopped going. So, just know that you will be paying nicely for that nice hair.

Let me start by saying if you are looking for bargains, this place is not it. But… if you’re looking for a great haircut, then this is the place for you. I had a haircut and Brazillian straightening treatment. Total for both was $ 290.00. I went to Reva. She was fantastic!!! Yes the salon is showy and fancy which may intimidate some. But the staff is down to earth and friendly. I used to go to The Red Door Salon in Boca and I felt more at ease here. Great experience. Will return. Ask for Reva. She was great!!!

I went back for a second time. Alicia did my hair– and boy, was she thorough! I keep seeing negative reviews here– not sure why! Staff was friendly, place was clean, great parking, offers of coffee, water, wine. Maybe a tad overpriced– but you get what you pay for! Alicia is awesome… go!

Fusion salon is a beautiful space with well-trained stylists. The atmosphere is sophisticated and welcoming. The staff is friendly and flexible. The stylists regularly attend workshops to ensure they are prepared with the latest techniques and products. The web site offers online scheduling requests. Nowhere else in the area offers as clean and modern a facility. The prices are comparable for the service and environment they maintain.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. As another reviewer said the staff is rude. I made an appointment and came a lil late(15 min) because I got lost. The stylist said she didn’t know if she could do it. I countered with the fact that it wasn’t that mush to do and the shop wasn’t suppose to close for another 1 hr and 15 min. She proceeded to single process color my hair. When I got the the chair she ONLYDRIED ½ my hair because she said they were closing. This salon closed at 6 pm. And by close I mean the pack up before(20 min) then so they are out the door and the shop is closed at 6 pm. I’ve worked retail a LONG time and closing time is the time you close the door to the store and then you clean up. It is NOT the time you go home. So not only was I left with so so color. I was left with ½ a WETHEADOFHAIR! And they were not apologetic. DONOTGOHERE!

I was temporarily in the area and needed a cut, style and highlight. I want to say up front I am alittle picky. I read 1 review on Fusion Salon and decided to go there for my services because of the review and also because it is an Aveeda Salon, which I use back home in Chicago. I had the pleasure of getting Malisa as my Stylist /Colorist. She was very professional and took ALOT of time with me. She asked alot of questions, which I think is so important. We worked TOGETHER to get the best color and style. She then took her time with the haircut and even showed me different looks. I was extremely happy with this Salon and may even fly back to get my hair done by Malisa. I highly recommend this salon and Malisa.

Got a GREAT haircut yesterday at this place. My coworker went last week and gave me a card for a free haircut with one of the master stylists. Free haircut? Yes, please! What a great promotional tool. Beautiful interior design Free glass of wine or cosmo(very generous pour I might add) My stylist Stephanie was awesome AMAZING hair cut In summary, Stephanie did an AWESOME job, and the salon itself is very elegant. Definitley give this place a try if you haven’t yet. Full hair salon as well as a full menu of exotic spa services are available. I think you can also book your appointments online. I’ll try that next time.

I’ve been to several different spas in the area trying to find someone that I can trust to wax my eyebrows. Sarah at Fusion is my girl! She gets the job done right every time. She is vey sweet too. Fusion in general seems to be developing a strong and loyal following, very quickly. The spa interiors are gorgeous and very, uh well, zen. Even when getting hair ripped out of my head, I sometimes feel like I’m going to fall asleep! I haven’t had any experience with their salon, but it seems to be fashionable. I’m happy with my current salon, but I get the feeling that these ladies would be just as capable. Fusion is still pretty new and trying to break into the scene. So they can sometimes come on a little strong with their marketing. I’m hopeful that will tone down a bit with time. Oh, I am told that Fusion is where all the Mets go when they are in town for spring training. I guess that’s a pretty strong endorsement.
