I stopped writing reviews because it’s pointless and being in the food business I didn’t want people to think I’m just being judgmental because I think I’m better than them. Not true. But I felt compelled just now. Superbly mediocre food and the one reason why I decided to actually write this is that Nevermind the horrible sauces on the wings but they’re were also bad, as in not edible. I have been a butcher and cook since I’m 9 years old. I know bad meat, they smelled so bad. I can’t believe they served this. I’m highly insulted. And btw the waitress needs to try a lot harder she knew nothing about this place’s selection. 1 star because 0 stars isn’t possible. Do not eat here they don’t care about their food or customers’ well-being.

Husband had full rack of ribs with fries and coleslaw. Ribs were okay and he didn’t care for the coleslaw. I had the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, because they were out of the stuffing it usually comes with, and green beans. The green beans were the best thing on the plate. The turkey was very dry. The atmosphere is very loud. I couldn’t hear my husband who was right across the table from me. They did have karaōke which would of been fun if everyone wasn’t yelling over each other.

The food was subpar. We ordered the gator bites as an appetizer and while it was good, it was overpriced, in my opinion. I ordered the Mahi Mahi blackened with rice and a Caesar salad. The salad was your typical Caesar salad, nothing spectacular but not bad either. The rice was excellent, but the Mahi Mahi was WAY over cooked and was tough. My husband ordered the seafood platter with fries and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was much over cooked and was too gummy to eat. The top of it was burned and hard to eat because it was crunchy. However, the seafood portion was good. The fries were much like the salad, just okay. The drinks were decent. The saving grace was the excellent wait staff. Our waiter, Matt, was excellent. He was very attentive, kind, and not a helicopter.(Hovering over us) I felt like our food wasn’t worth the money, but that was not the waiter’s fault. The kitchen needs some assistance. We were visiting from Kentucky, but we probably wouldn’t visit again. Quite disappointed with this endeavor.

Been here 3 times. Got wings all 3 times but different flavors and twice grilled. The 1st time they burnt the hell out of them which made them impossible to eat. Didn’t ask what was wrong or offer anything when we clearly didn’t eat them. Decided to give them another shot. This time no grill… much better and the service was much better as well. 3rd time we got them medium garlic grilled. They came out half and half. We love Brus room grilled wings but for some reason tailgators leave them on the grill too long and they get incredibly hard and dry.

Bad food. That is my basic summary of this establishment. I still go here, but for liquid Refreshments only during happy hour. It’s hard to screw up a Miller Lite draft or a vodka tonic. But because I’ve been here multiple times, I have attempted several different menu items. The only thing I can vouch for being satisfyingly edible is their chicken wings. And again, hard to screw up a chicken wing. Although, do not get them grilled or they will be burnt to a crisp. The chicken Cheesesteak has liquid goop for cheese, the quesadillas are thin and greasy, the boneless wings were tiny squares of chicken with golf ball-sized breading. I actually tried the seafood sampler and it was just greasy, which I knew it was deep fried, but if all you can taste is grease, that’s not good. I basically stopped ordering the food after that. I really hope the owners or management reads this. Because here is my suggestion. Not a bad location and not a bad atmosphere although some say it’s loud, but that doesn’t bother me. I have seen their current cook(s)… young and unprofessional looking and not good product. They need to get a chef, not a short-order cook, a real actual professional chef in there and revamp their entire menu and let the community know that they have done so… Bar Rescue style! Otherwise, I hate to say it, but as far as a restaurant this place is doomed to fail as more and more people sample the cuisine.

Just stopped in for a late lunch after a three month boycott due to stomach pains after we ate here in December. I guess we thought«why not» give it another try. We walked in and we were hit in the face with the worse smell ever! My husband & I stood there in disbelief thinking… is this for real. Do you smell that? It was like an old mop, and old water, or dirty dish rags a week old, or a combination of all three! There is no way possible you couldn’t smell this, how did you open without addressing this? Could explain why the place was somewhat empty. Though there were brave souls sitting in there that must have been nose blind! Ever heard of Febreeze or Lysol. It should of smelled of wings or burgers, not something from hell. Sorry, we wanted to like you, but won’t be back. Another PSL restaurant disaster…

The people giving this place four and five stars are as trashy as the food that’s served here. My boyfriend and I sat down and it took almost 10 minutes for a waitress to greet us and bring us water. Another 10 to return with our drinks– and the census was around 9 with most of these customers having already been taken care of. I think our waitress had a couple pops herself but if I worked here, I would too. Don’t get me wrong, she was friendly, but not professional or efficient and I considered walking out more than once because of how pitiful our service was. Several species went extinct between the time we ordered our food and then received it, the good news is, when we were finally done with our meal I qualified for AARP discounts. There was also someone singing karaōke for the entire time we were here and well after, and it was probably the worst karaōke I have ever heard in my life, but made the experience more enjoyable. Don’t bother with this one!

Went in hoping for more… First off the environment was very loud and the layout left no privacy. If your looking for a booth this is not the place for a family meal. I ordered a Rum Runner pretty simple drink and was not done right. The waitress was a hot mess that ended up quitting half way through the meal and walking out. Thank the lord we had a competent waitress step in but regardless of her efforts the food was cold my wife sent her cold steak salad back and it was pricy for the bad experience. The mozerella sticks(logs) where tasty tho. Don’t see this place lasting a year unless the owner s rethink there business model but from what I hear the young male owner is obnoxious and treats his staff bad the fact that I am a customer and only spent one meal there and know this is pretty sad. #Doomed to fail

We happened to stop by this amazing place on our way home to Miami! What really drove us here was that they are pet friendly and we could enjoy our meal with our puppy. My Hubby ordered a full rack of ribs for 15.00 bucks which is an amazing deal. This amazing deal comes with a side and coleslaw. And I ordered wings and mozzarella sticks which by the way are made to order and are not frozen. The staff is extremely friendly and outgoing. I’m so happy we were able to find this gem! :)

. If you want to talk to somebody don’t go to this place it’s so loud it’s unbelievable. Ordered the steak and cheese hardly any meat had some sort of liquid cheese on it and it tasted like out of a can. My friend had the quesadilla it was like 1 millimeter thick came on a piece of lettuce. Too many other places in the area that are better to eat. Also for how much food you get its pretty pricey

It’s a solid three. The atmosphere is a pleasant frat boy hangout, with no frills and no bullshit. I went on Trivia Night, so it was pretty crowded and the waitstaff looks pretty run ragged. The crowd was very mellow and calm, though. Even though I really wanted wings and fries and onion petals(their version of onion rings), or the delicious looking Fat Boy fries(buffalo chicken strips and fries smothered in cheese and ranch sauce), I went for the slightly healthier mahi sandwich and a side of coleslaw. The mahi was ok — I ordered it teriyaki style. Nothing was a standout. The tomatoes were kinda bland, the bun was kinda bland, the fish was ok, and the teriyaki was nothing to write home about. The coleslaw, on the other hand, was pretty good. The slaw was crunchy with lots of flavor and wasn’t overly creamy(I personally dig a light slaw). I wish it was a little less«juicy» or maybe that they strained it before slapping it on my plate, as my bun was basically covered in coleslaw drool before I even took my first bite. I’d come back again for the trivia, but I’d probably just stick to the greasy pub food. It’s probably better than what I got.

I was only here for a beer and something small/light to eat for dinner, since I had a late lunch. Ryan the bartender, who also seemed to know everyone there, asked me if I liked cheese and then recommended the mozzarella sticks. Don’t get me wrong, I like mozzarella sticks but quite frankly it wasn’t really what I was in the mood for. But I’m sure glad I took his advice — they were quite possibly the best mozzarella sticks I ever had. Words don’t describe, you need to try them! It was also poker Tuesday which probably explained the regulars hanging around, having some drinks, before sitting down at the table(s) and playing. I thought that was pretty cool. I’ll be back next time I’m in town. I dig places like this.

I’ve heard good things about Tail-Gators from a few friends so when a cravings for wings popped up on Sunday we decided to give it a try. It was pretty quiet being Sunday around 4 pm which was fine by me. Almost like having alone time with some delicious wings! And I have to say these wings were pretty damn good. We got 216 piece wings as you can have 2 flavors for each 16 piece($ 14.49). We got Honey BBQ, Medium, Swamp sauce, and Glades sauce. The wings were HOT and crispy even while they are coated in these delicious sauces. We also got a side of Parm Fries and Onion petals. The fries were good, hot and crispy, however the fries at the bottom became saturated in oil… BUT, the onion petals were served with this tasty horseraddishy dipping sauce they had a decent amount of onion in each petal, it wasn’t breading and a sneeze of onion. The blue cheese that comes with the wings and celery was also very good and had plenty of mild blue cheese. Our server was very nice and helpful explaining what the specially named wing sauces were. The medium wings could have been tossed in a bit more sauce. Although it was flavor full the medium wings were nearly dry. So we rolled them around in the Swamp and glades sauce. I could see this place having a great atmosphere for a game night there are plenty of TV’s, seating, beers, and specialty adult drinks. Also, if you check-in on Unilocal you receive a $ 5 off $ 25 coup! BONUS!

We were starving and since the burgers last night kinda disappointed us, we decided to try another bar and grill. Sooo, my be Unilocaled and found Tailgators. We Unilocaled to see what looked good and the Chicken Bacon Avocado sandwich caught our eye, so we entered. We asked the server what was on special and she said wings!!! Boneless or regular $.75 each… Sold! So we decided on boneless with the the teriyaki sauce. The chicken sandwich and a side of French Onion Soup. I am so glad that we got those wings because they were outstanding! The wings were meaty, crunchy, and we couldn’t stop eating them As was the French onion soup with was full of flavor and cheesy goodness. Special thanks to our server Jade, she was friendly and fast.

The gator bites are really yummy. The meat is cooked just right and it’s not overwhelmingly seasoned or breaded. If you are visiting Florida then this is a place to check out and at least give gator a try. Located next to Nutrition’s Mart. Full bar. Flat screen tvs for watching sports. Great place for family, a date, and friends gathering. Tip: Their menu has recently changed. Both land and seafood. Their filet mignon steaks are delicious. The chefs will make it to how you like it.

Came here while passing by Port St Lucie. They have 75¢ wings(with or without bones) from 3 to 6pm. We went with the teriyaki boneless wings and they were delicious. The server, Jade, said they make their own wings with their own breading and chicken. I think it’s a must when you come here. I also ordered a chicken bacon avocado sandwich which was ok. It definitely needed more sauce. They do have craft beer for $ 5. I would stop by again when in PSL.
