These folks have been managing my home in Kala Point for the past 20 years. As an absentee owner (I’m in Southern California), I couldn’t do it without them.
Every problem is handled professionally and efficiently. All tenants have been carefully screened… and again, no problems whatsoever. They’ve handled re-​carpeting, painting, appliance replacement… my only involvement is saying, «ok…that sounds good.»
Most amazing? I’ve had less than 3 weeks vacancies in the past 20 years.
