Clean place. Low price, ac works like a boss. We had the hotel room nice and cool. We could hear the people next door a few times and the occasional door slam down the hallway. They have signs saying there updating but not sure where. The pool look plenty big and clean

Room is nice and clean. The lobby is very well kept. They will serve breakfast in the morning and there is a pub next door. The room is very clean. Check in was quick and painless. The room does have a microwave and coffee pot in it and beds seem comfy

HORRIBLE. We called to ask about blocking some rooms for my wedding about a month out and spoke with the manager(also rude) and called back to set up a time to come in and sign a contract. The woman in charge of events-Carrie was incredibly rude and unwilling to help. She left a message saying she MAY not have rooms available at the time. We called back almost immediately and it went from«may» to «nothing» as well as a horrible attitude. «Well who did you talk to because I can’t help you» and«well I’m sure there’s another hotel in the area». Yes, I will gladly take my money elsewhere as well as spread the word of horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Nice hotel and nice staff. The King Suite room was large, clean and well designed. Our room face the I, but the highway noise was barely noticeable, with the ac fan on the highway noise was gone. Breakfast was on the poor side. Selections were limited but ok. I have yet found a hotel breakfast that can compete with Drury Inn. The hotel has the InterUrban bike trail right in the front yard.

This hotel did it’s job. It was inexpensive and right off the highway. There’s a small bar, with a wonderfully friendly bartender, there’s a decent pool and hot tub that has adult only hours from 10:30-midnight. We ended up here at the last minute and got a king suite, which was all they had left. It had an adjoining living room with fridge and microwave as well as a table and seating area. The bedding was clean and nice quality. The staff we encountered were friendly. There’s a number of nice restaurants near the harbor less than two miles away.

I did see the review from the representative, and I do accept their excuse. It would however been nice if at the time of my call they explained they were experiencing such issues. I moved from one star to two due to the fact they at least responded, but the fact that they did not think to take the time to explain the issues they were having questions the ability of those in charge.

Stayed overnight here after a quick trip to Milwaukee. Our friends stayed at the Port Hotel with s Living Social Certificate. We had a LS certificate but I have been ill & their hotel had too many stairs:-(((((((… We paid $ 4 extra to have a room on the 1st floor(that is considered an upgrade)…and our TV Remote had dead batteries. We could not get new batteries until after 9:00AM the next MORNNG when maintenance came in because the remote itself needed a special screwdriver to take off the back;-((((((. No store with snacks or food other than vending machines;-(.

I rented a room here this weekend for my parents who were in town. The room we were given was not cleaned properly at all. The mirror was splattered with something(maybe toothpaste) which we cleaned off ourselves. The carpet had CLEARLY not been vacuumed. There was smashed up peanuts all around the bed. Once we lifted the blanket from the bed we found a toy truck on the ground so obviously the room was not cleaned or inspected either. There were no blankets on the bed, just sheets and the duvet which I always throw off. They aren’t washed after every guest. I felt bad that I had rented this room for my parents, especially at $ 100/night and thats AFTER my AAA discount. sad.

They said breakfast starts at 6AM. we got there right at 6& the desk clerk was still setting it up. Waffle iron was not plugged in yet, so it was not up to temp;clerk claimed that someone left it a mess overnight; bus pan was full of dirty dishes already(maids??) eggs were rubbery & cookie cutter-looking & cold, along with the sausages… supposed to have oatmeal & that never showed up; cold cereal choices were all sugary & stale kinds; toaster not working: tried to toast a bagel twice & it was like warm bread; no knives in the silverware bin… pool area was nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not… If I had more options, this would not be my pick!

I stayed here for a wedding… We had a deluxe room and it was pretty big. It had two sections. Pretty basic hotel room if you ask me… regular tv… many channels… usual amenities. There was a pool & hot tub in the hotel which always is a plus. Then you had a pretty average breakfast area and the food was pretty good… The bar in the hotel actually has karaōke some nights and that was a good time. You can sing and drink and just stumble your way to your room. The pricing was pretty good(but maybe because we were under a hotel block of rooms). I mostly give this place 4 stars because of the wedding venue. The banquet room is beautiful. but the staff is exceptional. I was part of the wedding party and they were attentive to our allergies/needs. The food at the wedding was absolutely delicious. I had the best wedding salad I have ever had… everyone raved about how good it was. The bartenders were hilarious and easy going… everyone was just so friendly!
