Edible Arrangements

I placed an order with them online early in the morning and expressed desire for it to be delivered some time before 6:15. I called the store after just to check in and see if things were alright and I got a somewhat cold response from the woman on the other side of the phone saying they don’t guarantee times but its on the truck so it should be delivered on time.
It wasn’t. It was delivered around 8:15. If it takes you that long from order placement til delivery on a small platter around 10 minutes from the store. You get two stars from me. I’d 100% give one of the other shops in the area a try before going here again.

Since my boyfriend’s family is very into wines, I didn’t want to bring yet another bottle of wine when I joined them for a Memorial Day weekend dinner. So instead, I looked for something fun and interesting that would be a safe bet. I ordered the «Delicious Celebration, Dipped Pineapple» arrangement in Large — first time I ever ordered from Edible Arrangements — and chose to pick it up from this store. I had originally set the pick-​up time to 11am, but plans changed last minute, and I needed to pick it up asap that morning. I called the store the day before and the lady I spoke to, Candy, accommodated the adjustment without any hassle at all. The next morning, the same lady who I had spoken to had been the one to prepare the arrangement that day, and it turned out great. Everything was fresh, delicious, and it was a great hit as a pre-​dinner snack, post-​dinner dessert accompaniment, and breakfast nibble, all for a party of 8!
I know edible arrangements is pricey, but after this experience, I believe it is well worth it!
