Once again Henry saved the day! I decided it would be a great idea to eat and work on my laptop… like an idiot, I got food juice on my track pad that seeped inside and pretty much killed my laptop. I even used that spray in a can to really spread it all over. UGH! I called Henry immediately, he got my lap top, let me know the damage I did and fixed it for a very fair price. And as a bonus my lap top is actually running faster! As expected he is very reliable, honest and fair priced! Henry is my go to guy for any and all computer issues!

I got five-​star service from Henry on a disk drive replacement. Unfortunately, the disk was failing so fast, it couldn’t be cloned — which led to numerous headaches for me the weekend after I got the machine back, as I tried to reinstall software. Problems cropped up (no fault of Henry’s). I called him over the weekend and left a couple of kind of sour messages, and he called back on a Sunday night and wanted to get right to work to resolve the issues — quite impressive. I told him it could wait until the next day, and he sorted everything out promptly on Monday. Very nice guy — the word «nice» is often overused, but really applies here, as he’s genuinely concerned about doing the right thing for the client. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him again.
