Keith, the owner of Computer Port, has been resuscitating my big old desktop computer for the past eight years. He’s terrifically knowledgeable and trustworthy, and his rates are very fair. He’s been a godsend since the launch of my home-​based business. On many occasions he dropped what he was doing to take my phone calls and immediately helped me solve a computer issue. And in the case of super emergencies, I’ve brought my computer in and he’s fixed it within hours. Don’t be put off by the appearance of his shop. It looks like a senseless jumble of computers and parts, but Keith knows exactly where everything is. He’s like a mad scientist that way. A little rumpled but smart as a whip. Whatever your computer problem may be, Keith will know how to fix it.

My experience with computers is that you tweak it until you break it. I did that and locked myself out of my computer. After seven straight hours of unsuccessfully trying to remedy the problem. I called Computer Port and was told that I could bring my compute right over. A half an hour and very few dollars later, the problem was fixed. Keith was knowledgable and friendly and even pulled up a chair for me next to him so that I could watch what he was doing. The next time I have any problem with my computer, I’ll head straight to Computer Port.
