Dawn is amazing and does great work every time! I have had numerous items embroidered by her and each one has come out better than I had imagined it would. She took the time to work with me to make sure the finished products were exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Initial Stop!

Amazing! Walked in with a blanket that mistakenly had only baby’s middle name on it, Dawn was able to match the thread and font to add the baby’s first name, saving me from having to scrap the whole blanket!

Dawn is super creative and always willing to work with my own things. I can send her a picture of something that caught my eye and she can do it! I want to embroider everything now! Her shop is small but packed with good stuff. Great totes. Fab gifts for babies, teachers, self… Everyone who has received a gift has always loved it. A wonderful way to keep things personal and special.

I own a modest sailboat, and always thought it would be cool to have t-​shirts and hats embroidered with the boat name, but I always thought it would be too expensive. I did a little research in the past, and was turned off by how complicated the pricing was. Set up fee… minimum orders, etc. I pass the Initial Stop on my way to the train each day, so I decided to just check and see what the cost would be. The owner, Dawn, is really nice, really good, and really fair. No setup fee, no minimum. I gave her a handful of t-​shirts and a couple of days later I had what I had wanted for years but always thought would be too expensive. Her pricing is very fair, she is conscientious, friendly, and easy to work with.
