This is a wonderful shop. I buy all my garden plants and floral arrangements from them and the quality is absolutely exemplary. They create floral arrangements that are beautiful and expeditiously done. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of townspeople swear by them … The business has been here forever and they are a significant part of the community. A little gem !

I live out of state and chose S.F. Falconer from the internet. The flowers my father received in the hospital were absolutely gorgeous. He sent us pictures of him holding them with a huge smile — they truly made his hospital stay brighter. Thank you, S.F. Faconer for being a great florist!

They did the flowers for my wedding and everything was absolutly beautiful! I was struggling with the flowers a lot as I didn’t know anything about flowers and I was also clueless about colors and stuff. When I finally decided for blue my mom found this place in the town we live. She book and appointment for me to go on Saturday. The guy had flowers ready to show me how it could look like. He gave us very good prices and was very friendly. I keep adding stuff and he was on top of everything. I still didnt know how everything was going to look. Let me tell you: I was impressed. Everything was absolutly beautiful!!! The flowers were even early, no rush, no worries no issues at all. They did a fantastic job!!! I will totally recommend them eyes closed

Ordered flowers online but the flowers delivered look nothing like the ones pictured online. Placed a call to this florist and spoke with a sales rep who confirmed that I could order the flowers as described for the price I paid online. Once I indicated that I had already ordered but the bouquet looked nothing as described I was passed to a supervisor named Shawn who basically told me that it was my mistake to order through Flower Delivery Express and that it was their option to lower the quality on the flowers even though the sale rep has just confirmed that they had the flowers to create the bouquet as ordered. There was no need to substitute for lower quality flowers except they obviously feel that online orders don’t deserve the same quality. Shawn proceeded to argue with me, he was NO help at all. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

My family has exclusively used Falconer’s florist for years.
Fred and his team did an amazing and unforgettable job for our wedding providing everything from arrangements at the altar, bouquets, to center pieces for the reception.
A great florist is more than just a place for flowers; they’re there for all of life’s significant events. From funerals to just because occasions Falconer’s has never under-​delivered. Heck, I even got my boutonnière for my Schreiber Gambol, aka high school Prom, so many years ago. It’s just the type of place that you’ll keep wanting to do do business with.

We recently used Falconer’s for our wedding. I was absolutely impressed by them. Sean helped us plan out our centerpieces, the bouquets, and boutonnieres. We wanted to incorporate succulents into the theme. He had to outsource those, but still managed to give us a reasonable price. Our wedding wasn’t small. We had 15 guest tables and they handled everything beautifully. Our flowers arrived early the day of which helped alleviate any stress. They were gorgeous. Everyone commented on how lovely the centerpieces and bouquets were. The only reason I’m giving four, instead of five stars is that the boutonnieres were actually pretty bulky and difficult to keep on the groomsmen’s lapels. We ended up having to tweak them a bit so they would stay on. Otherwise I was very happy with our experience. I’d work with them again in the future and certainly recommend them to anyone.

They ruined my wife’s valentine’s day. I called the day before to arrange for a delivery of flowers to my wife at her place of business. They assured me over the phone that the flowers would be delivered in the morning. When the day rolled around by noon the flowers had not arrived. I called the shop and was told they had already left and were on the way. I asked if they could give me an estimate on time and they took my number to call me back. I specifically asked that they not call my wife, since I wanted the flowers to be a surprise. They then proceeded to call my wife and told her the flowers were on the way and that she worked at a big company so it would take time to find her. So much for the surprise! By 2:30 when the flowers still weren’t delivered, I called to follow up and were told the flowers had never even left the shop. They couldn’t even tell me when they would be delivered. I understand that valentine’s day is very busy for florists and there is only so much that can be done but flat out lying to a customer is no way to conduct business and not even calling back to explain is crazy. I think the saying is «Underpromise and Overdeliver», they obviously have it backwards.

The retail side of SF Falconer is great, and we had hoped to use them for my wedding.
Unfortunately, they are not really equipped to deal with a large wedding, and have done little work at our venue.
In addition, they couldn’t provide pricing to me for the flowers 8 months prior to our wedding, so I had no idea if our planned budget would be sufficient.
