I stopped by here for some lunch after noticing the positive Unilocal reviews(I’m not from the area) and I couldn’t be more pleased. I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings, my mom got the buffalo chicken wrap, and my dad ordered the pork wings. He was raving about how great they were the whole time he was eating, so that’s got to be a good sign. The place is really clean and the staff was friendly. Overall great stop to grab some wings and a drink! Ps, loved the student discount option, I really appreciated that.

This place is habit forming. Quick online ordering, convenient, good food. That being said… there is some room for improvement. When I place an online order through EAT24, I pay through the site. Aaand then they grill me and try to charge me again when I arrive to pick up my food. Every dang time. Please, please, please offer celery with your wings. Please don’t ignore my request when I ask for it in an online order and don’t run out when I ask for it in person. This is almost a deal breaker for me.

This is an INCREDIBLE hidden gem! I love me the sh@#t outta’ wings, and glad I found this place. Primarily… the service far exceeds what you’d expect. Wings are baked & great… sauces are plentiful & the hot choices are flavorful — not just«hot»! I suspect they are geographically misplaced to get traction to thrive. But I sincerely hope they do & I will continue to do my level best to help them out.

It was our first time and we ordered online. The experience of the online ordering went okay. My husband went to pick up the order and they tried to charge him again after I paid online. They even questioned him like he may have not. We had ordered three types of wings. When we took the wings out of the bag we noticed that none of the wing containers were labeled with what each contained. What was labeled was the poppers and well we only ordered one of those so we knew what they were. The size of the wings seemed small and the amount of sauce was scarce. The chips we very delicious and the poppers we good too. I think if the size of the wings and the choice of them to be wet, it would be a great improvement. Overall, not totally disappointed but know this was our first time. Will try again.

The wings are excellent. They bake them in the oven first before deep frying so they are juicy. The Kansas City pork wings are huge and a lot of meat. Great place for wings and a beer.

Pros: outdoor seating was great Staff was friendly Food was quick(although not busy on Sunday afternoon). Cons: A little pricy although portions were good Very tough to find anything remotely healthy on the menu.

I have only had the boneless wings with BBQ sauce(been there twice now) and I thought they were great! I just can’t go there as much as I’d like because I can’t afford it to be honest. I wish the prices weren’t so high — I could get more wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. I do understand that it’s a new establishment though — I hope to see your business grow I just hope the prices don’t stay so high.

Food tastes great! Little on the expensive side, but that’s understandable seeing as they are new. I’d love to see them get past the first year and become a successful Port Washington favorite!

The wings were outstanding. Independently owned. The quality of the food and service made me want to go back. I’ve been a couple of times for lunch and once for dinner. Consistently good.

I stopped there today to see what the hoopla was about. We were disappointed. We ordered the hottest wings and it barely left a tingle in our mouth. My daughter who hates hot sauce was shocked at how mild it was! She ate a whole wing and didn’t complain about the heat. The wings were an ok size it comes with chippers which were ok. Not bad for a local place if your wanting wings. Garlic parm wings were good. Just disappointed the hottest wing was so mild. Went back in an told the kid we were disappointed in their hottest sauce and he let me try devil sauce! Yep thats better it left that tingling feeling in my mouth

The spicy wing flavors are awesome! The traditional buffalo, Siracha Bourbon, and Thai Chili are all amazing. The bone-in wings are the only type we’ve tried so not sure how the boneless rate, but the bone in wings are delicious. The appetizers are terrific and the home made kettle chips can’t be beat. We’ve tried it twice and loved it even more the second time. Great to have a place like this in Port!

Ok after waiting for the curious, novelty and the bugs worked out we decided to try the wing it, sad to say our experience Did not fly! It started in the parking lot packed with cars! The owners(fathers red PU) right up front I said let’s leave and come back another on a slow night, but decided to try to do a carry out as we entered we found the old Red Barn home of the Barney Burger I think cutely redone with a strange mix mash of eclectic mix of signs and antiques. Only two patrons inside! We think every employee brought two cars! And Mike’s auto parks his serviced cars to salt the lot! We ordered just as a foster group home arrived and minutes later our food arrived FREAKYFAST! REALFREAKY!! That said some take on Chissey Chips(fried potatoes’ wedge like chip) plopped on the plate with our naked wings, no other choice next to tenders bonless! I am not a fan of hot seasons and opted for the BBQ which was unimpressive & not creative as an employee explained some hot sauces were made in house some were not, another in our group had a mango sauce tasted like perfume as I have never liked and to the wings they were warm but not hot and semi dry? I did not have my handy dandy instant pocket temp gauge but my tongue detected a temperature of less than 100 °F so the par baked wings flash deep fried wings just did not do it in my book! As they were not moist or juicy as fresh baked wings and the sauces all though limited to three non-hot sauces in our group were price sign on soda fountain drinks was this include with the meal? To the plus side the service was FASTFREAKYFAST! Wet wipes in the box on the table WOW over the top we loved them! The patio under construction cute but look out when your Insurance Underwriter shows up and that’s not a UL ratted fire pit on commercial property OUCH! Can you say policy cancelation! And a cute interior nice. Now the down side easily fixed and only MYOPINIONS! If you only glean one thing from my thoughts you will be around next year! Parking employees and Owners Park elsewhere I.E. ask a Walmart manager! And get your lot set to mark carwash from your lot! Next loose the satellite TV that does not work as all thru our meal I had to see some Hollywood looser froze on one screen and see the bar keep down the street for his GREAT Multi screen TV /Cable guy! Prices OUCH Port folks Baby boomers like Value man! Go north and see Theo’s Pizza Volume &VALUE don’t force $ 1.20– wings in groups of 5 and up mix, match, by the each and blow out buckets at FREAKY Cheap carry out prices! Beer I know Miller & Bud are the most $$ of the beer lines but don’t make them $ 4.00 bucks each as your other craft beers! Do value man like 3 shorties let’s say $ 5.00 bucks on a bucket of ice, The bone in wings try BRINE, Brine, and maybe skip the par bake your competitors alike have them brine in 5 gallon buckets of brined wings hauled in daily can you say juicy moist? A local fresh not frozen chicken vendor is only a short drive from your shop over frozen as close as Mequon /Germantown, The sauces try like some liquid smoke, some sweet sour sauces like in orange? And samples to folks on like a French fries? Comment cards a MUST glean ideas and thoughts! A sandwich board out front all down town do it! As the carwash signs impedes yours and put some FREAKYSPECIALS! I would replace the bathroom paper towel on table, with an upgrade, The homemade chips drop them they hold no warmth and hey you’re not Chisseys on Hy 57! And add STEAK fries the hold the heat on a take-out and hold more sauce and ketchup and are a great comfort carbo booster! Loose The Satellite tv is not working! and the guest Wi-Fi is not working get it working and let folks know Value man Port loves value! Just see the coffee/underwear/fish sandwich shops down the street are packed as the folks love that Wi-Fi! Get your Beer vendors on board with some big values shorties, Growlers, free samples, free signs, Remember the 3(s)‘s Salt, Sugar, &___well you’re not Hooters sell! Last let the Dock Side Deli sell the wraps do one thing and one thing right and do it in volume, do it well, & do it priced right and you can succeed, ONLYMYOPINIONS! One tip load a kid up on hot wings and monster drinks throw on a chicken suit and hand out buy one get one free, free sodas, free fries, free samples to say try us again please! I could go on but you can see my idea’s Good luck to you both and I will look forward to a return in Febuary to see how things are!

I know it’s a new restaurant, and maybe they’re just working out the kinks yet… They don’t offer water for free, which was strange. We ordered wings, got our ticket and sat down. We had a large order so were not concerned when others got served before us, but 30 min later we decided to ask for ranch for when our order came and were told no problem. 5 minutes later we were told they lost our order but would be making it. We received cold wings with only 2 of the 4 sauces we had asked for. Other friends got food poisoning after their visit. Would not go back nor recommend.

They have worked out the kinks… The wings are very good. My second experience was a tons better. Glad to have this local establishment. The sriracha bourbon sauce is pretty bomb. I enjoyed the creamy buffalo. Dipping the chips in the sauce that comes with the wings… Is super good. You should definitely give it a try. You should go… Do it… Now!

My boyfriend and I went to try this new place for lunch. It always seemed pretty packed every time I drove past, so I figured this place would be a hit. We split a garlic chicken wrap and some boneless wings. The chicken wrap was delicious. However the wings were kind of dry and came out room temperature. However the flavor was good. I would have enjoyed them more if they were at least warm. They did a good job with the interior decorating of the building. However, a major design fail is that the gap between the tables and the stools(inside the building) don’t have much clearance. I couldn’t get my legs underneath the table, so I had to kind of swing my legs over to the side while eating. All in all, for my first time here, I give this place an average rating. It’s nice that Port Washington finally has a place like this. I do plan on coming here again to eat because the food wasn’t bad and I see that this place can definitely get more than three stars. Maybe it’s just the fact that this place is new and they are getting into a groove, but I can definitely see this place thriving. I’m hoping next time I can update with a better review!

It’s decent, I mean where else in Port are you gonna get wings, yeah Sentry has a wing station(if you like over-cooked wings). But rent is expensive in Port. I had their buffalo wings traditional land they were very reminiscent of the Wings I had in the Dells at Chalet Lanes, but I got a dozen there for like $ 8 and it was $ 15 something for 15 wings at Wing it, beggars can’t be choosers. I’ll go back and try a more spicy sauce when it’s warmer and not raining and I can sit outside, I’m not a big fan of the high tables inside.

The wings are good, however the buffalo sauce is nothing special — taste like franks red hot to me. The Mango bbq pork wrap had very little meat and taste average at best. I will probably stop back again for wings and a different sauce. They have a fairly decent selection of beer.

WOW! Wings were amazing — it was the grand opening week so a bit of a wait and parking was a bit of a hassle(which is to be expected), but it was WORTHIT! Hope Wing It becomes a long lasting piece of the Port Washington community.

I went there yesterday and ordered wings with Buffalo sauce and the Black-and-Tan onion rings, all«to go.» There are a lot of really wonderful things about this restaurant, and some opportunities for significant improvements as they work out the kinks as a new business. First, I’m really proud of these young people who are taking a risk, starting a business, and bringing a niche restaurant to Port Washington. Well done! I looked forward to the opening, as did many others judging by how crowded it has been. The atmosphere was very positive – you can feel the support and affection of this small town community trying to support a new, exciting business. The building was nicely renovated. There is plenty of room by the ordering counter, a large cooler of beverages and a nice selection of beer(it’s great they got the liquor license, what could be better than beer with your wings?). They have merchandise for sale including t-shirts and hats. I especially liked their menu board, which is a series of computer monitors displaying their menu – how clever that they can change their menu in an instant with these monitors. The floor is clean and shiny, and a nice seating area is located both inside and outside. The wings were outstanding. Very juicy, very meaty, and nicely sauced. None overcooked. I heard they’re baking the wings first, then dropping them in the fryer to finish them, which keeps them so juicy. Awesome! The sauce selection is also a very nice mix, and arranged by level of heat. Every order gets a pile of kettle-cooked potato chips on top. Adding the chips is a really nice touch. The chips pick up some of the sauce, and add crunch. The price is reasonable for the amount you get. The onion rings, however, are a failure. A friend got them a few days before me and didn’t like them, but I thought he might be overly critical so I ordered them. He was right. They’re too expensive for the amount given, soggy and limp, and the beer taste doesn’t add anything. In fact, the black-and-tan makes them smell like stale beer. I can’t stress enough how quickly they should come off the menu! There are a number of things I noticed that could be improved, and I would be happy to remove this review if the owners simply contact me to let me know they’ve read this – just so I know the feedback was received. They’re relatively minor, and all come under the category of style-points, not quality of food, but they add up and the effect the overall customer experience. Worth thinking about. First, the kitchen is VERY visible to customers. That means they need to work CLEAN and ORGANIZED. The«mize en place» of a professional cook should always be extremely organized as a matter of pride and professionalism. Of course they were clean, wearing gloves, and I’m sure quite sanitary. But there were piles of cardboard boxes and large sauce bottles all over their work area. That makes working there cluttered and disorganized, and that leads to slower service and a diminished customer experience. They also had trouble putting together larger orders because there was no place to set them while being assembled. I’m sure that if they put more effort into making sure everything has a place, and everything is in it’s place, their speed will increase and things will feel less hectic. When it was time to replenish the kettle cooked chips in the warmer, one of the young men brought a commercial box of chips to dump into the warmer. We all know the reality of a restaurant of this nature is that many of the products come from a food service. However, effort should be made to disguise that fact to promote the«homemade» feel of the food product. Chips should be emptied into another container to be brought up front, not left in their industrial/commercial packaging. Cardboard boxes and supplies should be concealed if possible, and neatly stacked out of obvious customer view if not. The made-to-order experience is improved by those kinds of touches. Finally, the order taking was disorganized. There are two registers, but one line. A young man was standing behind the second register, but it wasn’t clear if he was taking orders or just supervising the front end. Finally, after I looked at him for a couple minutes, he let me know he could take my order. When it’s busy, and there are ten or so customers waiting to order, it’s useful if the folks behind the counter take the lead and gently remind customers there are two lines, and just move things along generally. Even if there’s a wait and the place is busy, it gives the customer some comfort to know they people on the other side of the counter are working on providing the fastest service possible. I’m sure these kinds of issues are the result of a new restaurant finding it’s rhythm, I’m very happy to see this place open, and I’ll be back for sure! Congratulations and good luck!
