Terrible service, rude, extremely slow… Hate to go here!
Purchased online accessories for iPhone. They sent them in a separate shipment and at a much later date. I thought they cancelled the order since the credit card charge did not reflect the accessories right away (but did at a later date). I went to this store to purchase what I needed. Five days later I receive the accessories that I recently purchased in person. Now that I have double merchandise, I went to return them in person as this is what the representatives over the phone told me to do. AT&T store refused to make the return despite the fact the items were unopened and I explained what happened. Manager is rude and unwilling to help!

Only AT&T store nearby and I dread coming into this place. Extremely slow service. I would have to image that if every time I come in and it is this busy, they are able to expand and hire more people.
