Just had an absolutely horrible experience at sprint! If I had my way I would not be with sprint at all! This is not the first bad experience I have had at this store either. This time though it was particularly bad. To start off with, I came in with an iPhone 5s that didn’t work(3rd one in less than a year) and they told me that I couldn’t get a different one! That it would take 2 – 3 days for me to get a new phone! That is ridiculous in my opinion. At that point I was arguing with the assistant manager, Mike-who was not helpful at all btw, and he decided that I wasn’t important enough to spend time on and left. The sales rep I was talking to in the first place, Isaac, thought it was funny that I was having such a hard time. He actually laughed and when I told him it wasn’t funny he told me it kind of was, he wasn’t helpful at all either. I was actually crying at this point I was so angry! The tech came out and tried to help me, Tyler, the only person there that was helpful in any manner at all. He was able to find a phone and convince the assistant manager to give it to me(thank goodness). I later asked a rep there(Logan) how long it would be until my phone was done and he told me «your phone will be done when your phone is done» in a very rude and nasty tone. I asked if he would check for me and he yelled through some glass in a very unpleasant way«how long till this girl’s phone is done» and then when he got the answer(5 min, which was not true because I sat there for another 20 min) he huffed angrily about it, as if he was annoyed that I was there. Overall I then spent more than 2 hours waiting for everything to be changed and activated and restored. I was in that store for more than 2.5 hours hours. I don’t use the word hate very often, but I hate sprint! Also the first time I went in there for my phone they lost 2000 of my pictures and then had the audacity to tell me it was MY fault! If you have any choice I would suggest finding a different carrier but if you are with sprint and that is how it is, then go to the west main store. I will NEVER suggest going to this store EVER.

I have had nothing but trouble with the people that work in Sprint they lie and they mislead a nd now I’m stuck with a phone that they said I would buy but it turns out no I’m not buying it I’m leasing it. I will never sign up with sprint again I’ve had enough this is not the first time I’ve had trouble with Sprint do not sign up for Sprint if you value your sanity

I walked into this brick and mortar and found the line at the door 4 deep. People were leaving the store before they even entered. There appeared to be three or four employees working, with one being the meet and greeter. Although in this case it was meet and send you out to your car to leave. I originally stopped in to inquire if I could possibly get 3g service on my data card. Thank God this card is on an expired contract. I should and probably will go somewhere else. There were tons of people coming into the store’s lot. Must be towers were down and they were pissed.

This place has always helped me solve any problem I have had with my Sprint phones over the years. Whenever I need to upgrade, I go see them, and they make it smooth and easy. I also handle my wifes phones through this store. They are one of the only repair centers in the area, and they usually have all the parts in stock if you need to get your phone fixed. They are constantly busy, so you may have to wait. I suggest going there on their non-peak hours if you can.
