Was excited to see q cici’s as I’m not from here. Please see the below email I sent as this place is not clean and the workers don’t care at all: Hello, I am sitting in this location right now and an older woman in a jean suit just stood over the hot bar eating cinnamon rolls in front of one of your employees, a Hispanic man that just sat them out. She licked her fingers and then proceeded to pick up the utensils and put more cinnamon rolls on her plate. I will NEVER return to this restaurant again.

I ate here today with over two dozen special needs kids on a school field trip. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made the process as easy as possible! Everything was clean and the hot pizzas kept coming. What really won my heart though was when one of the nonverbal students started crying and screaming, refusing to eat; the man in charge(I don’t know if he was the manager or owner) offered to cook different food specially for her to see if it would help! His kindness has won my heart and loyalty!

We’ve been Cici fans for awhile. This location stop was a first for us; I was surprised at some variant items from our usual Goshen spot. 50 cents for silver cheese on my salad? What the heck. Pizza choices were ok but I missed the«sing song» describing the pizza like I hear in Goshen. Add to that the annoying flashing light from the video game in the corner by the TV and all you get is a three star. Staff were friendly, food was good(including the veggie pizza they made for us) and the place was very clean.

You’re in Portage Indiana and getting all the pizza you can eat for $ 6 per plate(including salad and pasta bar) Reading some reviews on here, I feel like I’m in inner Chicago expecting a quality deep dish authentic pizza. The pizza isn’t bad. The service is great and friendly. You get as much as you can eat. For the price of a frozen pizza, you can walk in, get a soda, salad, pasta, and pizza for the same price and not worry about cooking nor do the dishes. You can’t blame the restaurant for the clientele that comes in here. Yes, if you come at 5pm you’re going to experience kids running around amok. If you come at 11am or noon, you’re going to be with hungry business workers looking for an inexpensive dinner and a craving for good, cheap pizza which this place is. I always experience great service here and hot pizza and as much pizza as I want. I’m greeted with a hello and a goodbye and also an occasional request for input on what pizza I’d like to see. The pizza isn’t the gold standard by any means, but for $ 6 what are you expecting at a pizza buffet? It’s fresh. Hot. And unlimited. I can’t complain. I love the place when I’m starving and want pizza and am in the area. Is this my go to pizza place on a Friday night? No. Is this my go to place at Thursday at noon and I’m starving and want pizza? You bet!

Came here with a group of friends, and wasn’t very excited about the visit. You get what you pay for with food quality, and service. The workers would reach over our table, and the floors were stickier than the Mac and cheese pizza should have been. The cheese shakers were on the cleaning cart as well. If Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue came to this place, e would have shut it down.

Worst pizza you’ll ever eat. My kids can make better tasting food. You get what you pay for

ITs ok pizza, what you expect from a buffet. For the price it’s ok. All you can eat plus a salad bar and a game room for the kids. Friendly staff and a clean place, we stayed at a hotel down the street so it was convenient for us.

Great prices. hands-down the worst pizza of my life. The pizza is like something you would make in middle school home economics class.

The food isn’t gourmet quality, but the staff is ALWAYS friendly. The restaurant is clean and the food service area is well maintained. There’s always a new pizza coming out and the staff always offers to make something special when I’ve been here. I like bringing the kids here because there is always something for everyone. We have 4 kids and it’s hard to find a place everyone agrees on. This is one of the few places we don’t need to worry about.

Good place to take the kids so they can stuff their faces. Not the greatest pizza but okay.

I would have given this place five stars, but I think they could have a more expanded menu besides pizza, sweet rolls, and salad. I have seen more variety at Golden Corral. Yet this is the only decent place that makes fresh food because everything else in Portage is actually fast food restaurants and most people don’t want to eat in places like that. I only come here when I am up in Portage staying at my cottage just on the outskirts of town. It’s an ok place just needs to look at expanding their menu a little more.
