I like the place because it is very conveniently located for me. The main reason I stay with them is their tire insurance program. Once I had a rash of flats and tires that were not repairable, like ten in a couple months, they never said one word. The thing I don’t like even though it is their world they live in and know it better than me is how when I come in with a low pressure light it is my fault for not checking the air every 14 days. This time they were right.

I went there a couple of years ago to see if they could find a very slow leak on a tire, after another place couldn’t. Well not only did they find it but they were able to patch it and did it for free!
Since then I have recommended them to two other people for tire patches and they also had a good experience.
Now the best part is, I took my truck to them to inspect Michelin tires for a Michelin warranty .
From the minute I spoke to the gentlemen on the phone to see if he could take a look at them all the way through the process the guy was amazing: professional, fast and courteous!
All in all I have I’ll be a customer here for life and spread the good word on them.

I got a new set of tires installed here today during an extremely busy time (Saturday mid-​morning). Note that you’re able to shop for tires and pick an appointment time on the Discount Tire website — so that’s what I did. I HIGHLY recommend that, by the way. Anyway, because it was very busy I stood in line for a few minutes, and I could’ve been annoyed by that. But as I watched employees interact with other customers, I noticed that each customer was treated as if they were the most important customer of the day. When I was helped, I was told the tire installation would be 45 minutes. I left and went to lunch, and they were done with my vehicle before I was done with lunch.
The employees here are really polite and professional, don’t use high pressure selling, and treated me with respect. Also — there’s a pretty good array of tires to choose from (less expensive to higher quality). I was also given a rebate that I wasn’t aware of, so that was a nice bonus. I’ll definitely go back here.

I heard this place fixes flats for free, so when I got a screw in my tire I took it in.
The guy at the counter said it would be about and hour to an hour and 20 minutes. I walked to Menard’s across the parking lot and looked around for about an hour.
I got back to the store and they took my truck in about 10 minutes later. 45 minutes after that, they pulled it around to the door and said it was done.
I mentioned to the guy who waited on me that it must be a busy day. He said he was short two technicians. When he handed me my receipt he thanked me for being patient.
It wasn’t the best way to spend two hours, bit it was free and the staff was courteous.
I will keep them in mind when shopping for tires, although price is what will determine where I buy them.
