Portage Quick Change

I brought my car to Portage Quick Change for an oil change and tire rotation. I was fairly disappointed in the level of service I received.
The majority of oil change places offer extra services in addition to the actual oil change, such as checking and filling certain fluids, vacuuming the floors, washing the windshield, etc. I hesitate to refer to these services as «free» because I believe they are included in the price (near $ 30 for an oil change). Portage Quick Change did not perform any of these extra services; they simply changed the oil. I paid almost $ 50 for an oil change and a tire rotation and felt a little ripped off considering the standard level of service I have experienced at other oil change places.
Also, the staff was not very friendly. The gentleman who changed my oil was nice, but the two people working in the waiting room were not. When I walked in the waiting room they both stared at me and then proceeded to ignore me for the fifteen minutes that I spent there until my car was ready. Also, I was subjected to their Mystery Science Theater 3000-​like commentary of Pawn Stars, which I did not appreciate. I will not be back.
