CiCi’s Pizza

Disgusting. All I have to say. They don’t use gloves when they prepare food. The pizzas aren’t cooked all the way. And I got sick after eating here.

We walked in, we ordered and I asked the manager if he could make Hawaiian pizza, the manager said ok he could make it but it was never made. Then I had to take my daughter to the restroom which was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. There was a big spill on the floor under the candy/​toy dispensers that was just sitting there the entire time we were there. My son ran into the back room where the games are and it smelled like a dirty #2 diaper. It was just such a dirty place, I didn’t want my kids to touch anything, I didn’t want to touch anything.

the pizza was good and the lady taking our order was very nice. It was the condition of the restaurant. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. The roaches that were by the soda fountain and the ones crawling in the arcade area proves that. Told one of the workers and shrugged his shoulders the went to the back and could be heard laughing while telling some one about what I said. The floor was VERY sticky and needs not just a plain washing but a massive power washing.

Service and food was great, but the location is smaller and older than some others I’ve been to recently. I was impressed with the staff, management. They were helpful and kept fresh pizzas coming out. We were a rather large group 20+ and we all left full and satisfied.
