Big portions, cheap and best in the area. I have to take my kid several times a week. There is usually a line but you get thru quickly.

I am so addicted to this place, they have the best snow cones. I always get the Wedding Cake flavor with some cream and my daughter loves their Tigers Blood. The ladies there are SO sweet and they add a lot of juice so the snow cones are extra yummy!

I absolutely adore Porter SnoBall — they’re a family-owned business who serve up the best darn snowcone in Montgomery County, hands down! Porter SnoBall is just a small stand in the same plaza as Familytime Thrift Shop, so just simply park in the dirt lot before walking up to order. You can pick from 4 sizes, from tiny to jumbo, ranging from $ 1.25 to $ 3.00. There’s no skimping on the ice or syrup for any of their sizes, and with over 50 flavors, you can mix them to create your own special combinations. They’re only open during the summer, which is a huge bummer(sometimes I want a snowcone even when it’s cold out…), but it isn’t really summer until you’ve had one of their snowcones. Check their Facebook page if you’re unsure about when they’re open(generally it’s March — September). I’ve since moved away from the Kingwood/Porter/New Caney area, but any time I find myself in Northeast Houston, I always stop by. You really can’t beat the price, quantity, and quality that Porter SnoBall offers!
