Taco Cabana

Arrived 30 minutes after open hours and no tea brewed no coffee. The problem is that there was a full crew there. I don’t drink soda… Don’t go before 7am matter a fact don’t go at all. At least the condiments were prepared. 2 thumbs down. Find another Taco Cabana because there food is good.

We enjoy Taco Cabana food for quick fresh tasting Mexican cuisine, this location is no exception… when you FINALLY get your food, that is. We went to this location once several months ago when it was still fairly new and the service was HORRID! People were literally walking out and asking for refunds due to the insane wait time. I was very patient and just chalked it up to new staff, we eventually ate. So recently we attempted a return visit and… unfortunately in 3 or 4 months the service is still AWFUL! Again we noticed a couple who were obviously upset at having to wait an exorbitant amount of time only to be delivered the wrong items. Another table apparently walked out without food even though they were already waiting when we arrived. We waited over 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant only to be served an incomplete order. There were at least 5 people in the kitchen (as I recall). A young family that arrived about 20 minutes after us was served the wrong items as well after an extensive wait. Our 3 year old is a slow eater, so we were still finishing our meal as the other family’s order finally arrived. Some training in prompt service and attention to detail would do this location a world of good!

We stopped for flautas and got some exploded greasy shells with very little meat left in them. We where the only people in line and did not try and rush the guy at all. This isn’t something I would pay for again. I tried but eating this would lead to certain sickness. I’m not sure how anyone could serve this with a strait face. Maybe they will put something better here when this place closes down or is shut down by health and safety inspectors.

I loved my breakfast! Really good and freshly made ! The resturant in Kingwood is spotless clean and helpers are very polite and friendly! Highly recommend and I will be back !

I love Taco C, but this new location is pretty damned sad.
Nearly every table looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day, the floor was covered with food debris and the staff was less than interested in serving customers. Had it not been for the fact they had beer, we probably wouldn’t have even ordered food.

Honestly, Taco Bell is a lot better. I was expecting more from this place but it’s pretty bland and comes in small portions. The enchiladas sauce was a bit soupy and lacked flavor. The one thing I will give them is their salsa bar is great! Great salsa flavors!

Horrible experience at this location on a Friday morning! Tried to call ahead, but no answer. Went to the drive-​thru and ordered 2 dozen TC’s way and I was immediately told to pull up and park to wait for my order. Another customer that had waited 15 min and the requested a refund, told me that I would be waiting a while. I waited 20 minutes and then went inside. I spoke to Byron, the Assistant Manager, who apparently wasn’t «managing» anything or anyone. Byron told me that it would be a few minutes, because they had to make the tortillas one at a time. I saw the lady making the tortillas and she was in no hurry at all. I asked for a refund and he processed it, but the receipt he gave me had no information on it that showed me that the money went back on «my card». It only showed a dollar amount. I will not be back at this location until I know for a fact that it is under better management. The people I saw today had no customer service skills and no sens of urgency at all.

Great, pleasant service with a smile! The food was fabulous too. The restaurant was clean and convenient. The salsa bar was nice too. Several salsas to choose from.
