OCS is a breath of fresh air! It’s a local business and has much more of a mom-​and-​pop sort of feel, where there are just a few people on the phone and you can get to know all of them. They’re friendly, helpful and far more human than the folks you get with AT&T, Charter, Comcast etc. With other providers, I’ve always suffered through all sorts of problems, including unreliable connections, slow speeds, unknowledgeable techs… This is the best internet provider I’ve had so far in Porterville!
