AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

Just wanted to write a quick review bc I had such a great experience with AA Window and Gutter. Our tech, Josh, showed up at the scheduled time. He asked me if there were any areas of special concern before beginning. I really appreciate that kind of courtesy and professionalism. He spent an hour+ cleaning our gutters and downspouts. After that he picked up all the debris and left my driveway looking better than before. Amazing job! I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thanks, Josh!

This company was recommended to us by a friend who’s opinion we trusted.
We agreed to pay them far above the going rate to clean our tile roof, our gutters and our windows to get it ready to put on the market.
The outcome was unbelievably poor. We complained as we had paid them over $ 2000. In the 25 years of ownership on this home, we have never seen such poor performance by a service company. As a matter of fact, we just had our home inspection last week, and one of the items to repair was MOSS ON THE ROOF! I saved pictures of the mess they left us with as well. The window surrounds were left dirtier than when they arrived as was the entire property.
Moss on the roof was very visible when they were done and they did not clean it up when we complained.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was given a list of the best reviewed roof cleaning companies from Angies List and called the top three to get quotes. AA cleaned my outside windows, roof and gutters for less than half of what the other two companies charged for just roof and gutter. My house is 2 stories, steep roof and ~2150 sf. They also didn’t require me to be home for a quote or to have the work done. Scheduling was easy. They did a great job with everything and didn’t leave a mossy mess on the ground. I’ll be calling them again next time!

Mike showed up promptly and went about cleaning all of the windows and screens efficiently and quietly. He also checked my gutters, although I had only requested window cleaning. The windows were absolutely crystal clear when he was finished, and he took the time to point out a couple of problems (newer windows in a newly-​purchased old house: 1 seal break, 1 scratch). We had another contractor in at the same time, and were doing a bunch of work elsewhere throughout the house, so it was nice to know that he was just cruising along, doing what he does best. Thanks!

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning does a fabulous job on roof clearing as well as being honest with their recommendations on roof repair. I was surprised to read a negative review from the Portland area. The owner has the same 3 week training and ongoing quality improvement inspections and meetings there as here in the Seattle area. Looking at the other 2 non-​published reviews which are very positive (I’m not sure why Unilocal doesn’t use those ratings) it looks like the Portland office is just as wonderful as here in Seattle.
