AcuOm Acupuncture

I have been experiencing pain in my lower back and also tore a muscle in my knee last spring. I was told that there was really nothing I could do but rest and eventually it would heal on its own. I rested and still no result. I tried massage therapy and chiropractic care. Both were fine for the rest of that day, but nothing really stuck. I looked into acupuncture and figured I should give it a try and see if I could get much needed results from this, what I once thought of as, crazy treatment, haha. When I first approached AcuOM, Betsy welcomed me into her awesome miracle room. She is a phenomenal person. Right away she put me at ease about putting needles in my body. It was super easy to get comfortable and my experience was awesome. After she was done, immediately, I felt a difference, which I thought was odd to feel it right away, at least from what I had read online. Anyways the pain in my knee is gone, and my back has felt better than it has in years. I am so happy I tried this and will go back to Betsy whenever I feel any kind of pain again. Thank you!!!

Cozy. Professional. Personable. Betsy provides some of the best acupuncture in PDX. She is involved with some great folks in the cylcing community and thrives on keeping people feeling great on and off the bike. A great resource when you need a boost in your immune system as well as getting to the root of any pain. With a lovely cup of tea and one of the coziest tables around, her space warms you to the core.

I have been receiving treatment from Betsy for the past few years. Not only has she helped relieve symptoms of Vertigo, allergies, tension and stress, she has helped me manage pain for headaches, shin splints, Plantar Fasciitis, a bad ankle sprain and forearm pain.
