Jennie is one of the most genuine and caring healthcare practitioners out there. Her knowledge in the healing arts is so vast and impressive. She truly listens and treats my issues as they change and evolve. She’s easy to talk to and fun. I have seen many Chinese Medicine Practitioners over the years and Jennie is the best!

I don’t know how I would have recuperated after my bike accident without Jennie(I was hit by a car while riding home on my bike). I had extensive injuries to my face, head, neck and back, but saw vast improvement during/after treatment with her. She greatly decreased the levels of pain and anxiety I experienced after my accident. Her expertise in Eastern medicine through the use of acupuncture, massage, cupping and moxibustion is extremely therapeutic and effective. I can always relax when I am in her office, and usually end up falling asleep on the massage table :) She was very calm and patient with the rigorous legal settlement process, and was a true ally in dealing with the insurance company of the driver who hit me. Jennie is a true healer: her knowledge of human physiology combined with her ability to build trust and rapport with her clients is truly outstanding. As a nursing student, she embodies everything I want to be as a future care provider!

The combination of eastern and western medicine is the perfect yin and yang with Jennie. She also practices cupping which has been amazing for my asthma and congestion. In addition, accupuncture has reduced my stress, revived my energy and help me to deal with side effects of western meds. Jennie knows the perfect balance of qi. Her office is very relaxing. Even someone as type A as myself always finds myself slipping within each treatment. Her volunteer work in Nepal helping a third would country is also inspiring.

My wife and I were hit by a drunk driver a few years ago and our backs are pretty messed up. We tried various massage therapists and acupuncturists, and though we got some short term results, no one had the chops to really make us better. At least not until we found Jennie King, at Red Bird Healing Arts. Jennie is fantastic! She does both Acupuncture and massage(she has a masters degree in eastern medicine). I go in for the double treatment. First the needles and then massage. I’m a big guy who works with stone and wood for a living, and she has no problem really getting in there and breaking up the scar tissue with skill and serious strength. I tried literally DOZENS of acupuncturists and massage therapists before I found Jenny King, and she is the only one I found that can really do this effectively.
My wife is lithe and slender(she’s a dance instructor) and despite our very different body types and build, she always reports the same overwhelming positive results that I do. If you are suffering from an injury, or have any sort of chronic pain that requires a level of skill way over and above the norm, you really can’t do better than Jennie King. She is simply the best! P. S. She’s also a very personable, warm, and caring person!
