All Aspects Renovations

What great service they give!!! All Aspects put in a linoleum floor at one of our rental units. The tenant damaged one small area of it. We had someone who could put in a matching patch but we did not have the original linoleum. We contacted All Aspects, and they were able to locate a piece of the original linoleum for us. Their quoted price for this was very reasonable. I asked them if there was someone from their office coming out our way so we could pick up the piece of linoleum from that person instead of driving the long distance from the rental unit to their office. Not only did they bring it closer to us, they brought it right to us! The people I dealt with were Treva at the office and Scott who brought the linoleum piece to us. They were terrific to work with.

All Aspects Renovations is the Fred Meyer Store of the multifamily housing renovation services — they’ve got everything you need under one roof. All you have to do is call Scotty and Paula there, describe what you need, and they schedule one of their crack crews to do carpeting, painting, new flooring installation, and cleaning services. To someone in property management, this is just the best there is and is a real time saver. Scotty and Paula provide some of the best customer service in the business, and working with them later on purchase orders and invoices is just as smooth and friendly. With all the hard work they do, they make it look easy and make the property manager look like a whiz. I recommend them highly!
