Navis Pack & Ship

I hired Navis about a year ago to transport an entire trade show booth and all of it’s contents to a convention center. Trade show are tricky because the receiving dock only receives your shipment during small windows of pre-​scheduled times. So your shipper has to be very punctual.
These guys were very professional, and on top of it when it came to coordinating deliveries and pick-​ups. All of our items were well packed, and arrived exactly as promised. When the trade show was over, they helped give us tips and tools for repacking all of our stuff for outgoing pick-​up.
Navis was easy to work with and very fairly priced. They took a lot of stress out of a potentially stressful move so we were very grateful and will definitely use them again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I recently moved and hired Navis out of Portland because they had the lowest quote and seemed like a good company. I WAS MISTAKEN!!! After they had my items they INCREASED THE PRICE OVER $ 1,000!!! I had a problem with this and I got nothing but condescending treatment. After waiting nearly a month for my items (when I was told 10 days) I finally got them last week and things were broken and they had taken apart a bookshelf without my consent and now I cannot get it back together. I am considering LEGAL ACTION. SAVE YOURSELF MAJOR ANGST AND RESENTMENT AND DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM. IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PAIN AND AGONY.
p. s. I never write bad reviews but this has been so awful I would hate for anyone else to get suckered into doing business with them. A bad business deserves to fail.
