I needed one window replaced as it was leaking and the frame around it had rot. Got a quick and reasonable quote ($ 500) to remove the window, the framing around it, reframe, and replace with a custom window. Estimator was very friendly and open about the process. Work was done timely and professionally. Very happy with the service!

We scheduled an appointment to have an estimate from All Weather Remodeling for a window replacement (we live in the same neighborhood) when the estimator came over he refused to enter our home; told us he would have to charge us if he entered the home. He stayed outside questioning my wife’s window knowledge and repeatedly refused to come inside. So from the outside, he «guess’ estimated the size of the window (which happens to be 20 feet up from the ground). My wife insisted he come in and measure and look at the window… he refused. He finally enters our home, sees me (the husband) in the kitchen and proceeds to ignore my wife and starts questioning me about our other windows. I asked him to address any questions to my wife as she’s handling the project and I write the checks. He refused to go upstairs and we asked him to leave – which he did and slammed the front door on his way out. I later emailed the company and never heard back. You would think in this economy a remodeling business would want to take on a small project of replacing one window considering we need all 15 windows in our house replaced. At $ 800 a window that’s a $ 12,000 job. We finally got another estimate from another company who came in measured our window, gave us advice on what kind of window we should consider and why;, sent us a quote within 24 hours… oh, and the measurements from All Weather Remodeling where well off even though he insisted he’s been doing estimates for many years and he knows how wide our windows were. Arrogant company with absolutely no sense for customer service and client retention. In this small neighborhood, everyone talks to each other and referrs business to one and another and I guarantee I would never recommend All Weather Remodeling for any type of home improvement.
