Amanda Haworth – Living Room Realty

Amanda started helping us with our house search months before we even moved back into the country. She patiently answered neurotic emails by the dozen and helped us start to identify possibilities and familiarize ourselves with the market before we touched down. Having been away from Portland for a decade, it helped us that Amanda has so much knowledge about all the different neighborhoods and could fill us in on what and who were where. We felt like she really got a feel for us and helped us hone in on areas that we would be happy in. Amanda always had answers for our millions of questions and is just generally fantastic to work with. We may have already dragged her through every house on the East Side, but if we ever decide to move and there are any houses left to see, we’ll call Amanda first thing.

Amanda helped us seal the deal on our unusual home purchase a few years back, and we were very impressed with her knowledge of various neighborhoods, guidance and recommendations based on what we were looking for and patience with our quirky needs in finding an alternative & unusual home. We are thrilled with our dealings with her and very much appreciate her great advice, bright and cheery attitude and general patience and motivation. We have recommended her as an agent to several friends and two successful deals (that I know of!) have been made as a result. SHe was an absolute pleasure to work with, and though I doubt I will ever want to move from my current place or require her services again, I will continue to recommend her to my friends and family who need someone with the skills and experience to find them their perfect home.
