Outstanding work. I pre-​ordered 5 pizzas for a party and the gal on the phone was super helpful and kind. When I picked up the pizzas, I arrived early and although my pizzas were not ready yet, the hostess offered me a glass of water. The pizzas are a good size and in between think and thick crust. not a cracker, and not a loaf of dough. All in all, my friends and I enjoyed the food and will definitely return. We want to try the ice cream on the next visit.

Was not a fan of two pizza ordered for take out, we also got a salad and it was over 50 bucks. Jesus! So much money for mediocrity. The salad was good but the pies lacked a lot of flavor and lacked consistency of toppings and cheese. We will not be back for take out. It just wasn’t worth it.

I can’t understand why this place gets good reviews. Lazy ass parents rate this place well because they get a pizza easily and shut their kids up quickly and since they lost their taste the moment they hatched their young they must not give a shit. The pizza is lousy, sauce comes from a can — you can taste the metal, their slices are dough rich — poorly balanced sauce to dough ratio, their service is substandard. The place just frustrates you.
I miss the italian restaurant that used to be here. I can’t wait for atomic to go out of business.

What do I do with this review??? The pizza (the Highway 99, with red onions, olives, mushrooms, pesto and feta) is delicious and the crust is extraordinary – light and airy and flavorful with a crispy bite… and yet the person at the counter asked me «do you know what you want?» in the same tone as she would say «I don’t care if you die in your sleep tonight.»
Ah, I’m going to let quality of pizza triumph over decorum. 5 stars, slightly begrudgingly.

I live nearby Atomic Pizza and have given it many chances to pop in and grab a slice of pizza to go. The pizza is good if you order a whole pie but grabbing a slice to go is most often soggy, rather tasteless, and just bad pizza. This place needs to pick it up, put some artwork up on the walls and make it a destination for folks in the neighborhood. The lack of ambiance and poor quality pizza makes me sad to see a small business in a great location do so poorly.

2 years after moving to portland from the NE I finally found great pizza. By the slice, cheap, delicious pizza. There’s almost always a tasty vegetarian option in addition to plain old cheese pizza. They also make incredibly affordable personal pizzas (check out the «arbor lodge» mmm). Another reason I frequent this place weekly or more is their awesome patio, the thing is I don’t think many people know it’s out there so it’s usually empty. So sit down get some homework going or uninterrupted reading done, or simply chill and enjoy your pizza and beer.

I came here on Veteran’s Day because it was the only place on Killingsworth open. I ordered a small pizza and it was a good price, a good size and a good pizza. It’s a good neighborhood place, nice and subdued.

Really nice thin crust! Friendly service. This place is clean and I enjoyed my first time there. Huge slices and delicious toppings… go there!

A step above Dominos. This place is near my house so I thought I would try it. I ordered two pizzas and both were so-​so. Hawaiian had no taste and the garlic chicken barely had any toppings and it looked like someone threw them on there haphazardly. I used to work in a pizza kitchen at a microbrewery… making good pizza is not that hard! I might give it one more shot but I was pretty disappointed!

First time in, I visited on a lazy, rainy Sunday afternoon. Only a few people were here, but they had a good 3 choices for pizza by the slice and it all looked good.
I ordered a slice of pepperoni & they heated it up. Very good. Large slice. Thin, tasty crust and it tasted fresh. The have good hot sauce in here also (Aarvvarks?) that was great on the pizza.
They don’t deliver, which is unfortunate. But I think next time we want a full pie, we will probably be ordering it from here.

It’s taken us 5 years to find our absolute go to pizza place when we just want a simple mushroom and onion pizza on a Friday night and 6 pack of local beer. We’ve gone through quite a few, but when we moved into our new home we found that there was an Atomic near by and gave it a shot (after try all the other ones around it). They’re absolutely solid.
Their pizza crust is never soggy, their sauce isn’t too sweet or too garlic-​y, and their service is great! When they moved into their new spot, they got the large space they deserved, because they’re getting popular. That’s because they’re an impressive, friendly, and very consistent, company.
This is your new go to pizza place.

Decided to order some pizzas from Atomic and it was such a good choice! Had pepperoni and sausage, Hawaiian, and BBQ chicken, all three were fantastic. Perfect soft yet crispy crust, and perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Guys inside were very friendly too!
Love this place!
