This is the worst website and customer service I ever had!
First of all they never receive full payment! They always receive less and say the difference is an unknown amount deducted somewhere in between bank transaction by an unknown bank and they hold they buyer responsibility to pay that unknown difference! although, they charge international payment fees! They clearly don’t have any policy or any official document to prove this lost amount! Maybe their accountants come up with numbers and say this is what we received!
Also, If you win a bid and the seller kept bargaining for the final price, YOU, as buyer will be responsible of the late charges!!! WHAT FOR? and they ask you to send money as a deposit other than the security deposit that you put already before bidding!
Another funny thing that always happen with autobidmaster, is that they can give your vehicle to ANYONE wakes in to the warehouse without any shipping order or any official approval from the buyer! This happened twice with me and no reasonable explanation for this stupid act!!!
I strongly encourage buyers to stay away from autobidmaster.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE!

Thank goodness for this company! My car’s been out of commission for a few months (hence the lack of reviews this year) and I’m always wary of dealing with care salesmen, being a confused and vulenerable woman and all. Online seemed the best way to go and I am super happy I found this place.
I wanted to purchase a specific type vehicle that was also in my meager price range. This proved a little more difficult than I had anticipated! After some failed attempts on some other websites I came across theirs and found a way to bid on what I wanted, but I didn’t want to make any mistakes ala my early Ebay days. So, I bit the bullet and actually picked up a phone and talk to Customer Service for some advice. What a relief to get someone who speaks clearly and understands my confused and desparate pleas for help. Jeremy was extremely helpful, comprable to an Amazon Chat Agent! With his help I started the bidding process and landed the second hand car of my dreams. They even helped with the shipping, which I didn’t know you could do with an entire car! This is probably one of the coolest things I’ve done in a while, and it’s going to help a ton with this year’s to do list. Thanks!

I have been with ABM for 3 years now .I have had a dozen car transactions with them and they have always met the high mark… a great customer service and support… Thank you.

If you know how to use a computer and then everything else is easy. I like the watch feature the most that way I don’t have to keep searching for the same cars. Find a car, bid, buy, done! And AutoBidMaster has the friendliest reps ever.

I have purchased over 7 vehicles from auto bid disaster! My experiences were not so great or so bad. Their customer service has alot of room for improvement. My biggest issues with this company is that after my transaction closed, months later they start sending bill for a citation or other fees but refuse to show me proof of what this extra charge is or show me any type of proof of any bills they claim to have paid on my behalf. They expect their customers to pay for the mistakes that auto bid disaster or copart make… these companies are huge and make millions yet they take their time to harass people over their own mistakes for $ 75. Do yourself a favor and do not use this disaster company.

Autobidmaster has changed their services. No longer offer AutoCheck reports yet still promoted on website as a free service for premium members. I asked for a refund and was told to «go to google» if I wanted information on cars. False advertising. Bait and switch.

Bought a 2007 Lexus LS460 w/65,000 actual miles from a Houston Copart auction for $ 9000 using ABM. When I placed pre-​auction bids that were exceeded prior to the live auction, a call to ABM customer service was met with an nice «no problem, we can increase your bid maximum and increase your deposit with the card on file. Nice! Then ABM scheduled delivery and got a pickup the next day after funds were cleared. The driver called me and said, «no keys, cannot load.» Called ABM… they called Copart and got right back to me with a solution, Copart would have a key made, no storage fees. ABM responded to every e-​mail within 24 hours and had a live person on the phone within 4 minutes every call. A couple of bumps, but ABM’s responsive, USA based customer service center solved them, explaining what may have caused the bumps too. It was nice to have an explanation and immediate customer service. It is not perfect, but it is a tough arena (selling salvage cars at auction), and you can get some really great buys if you are careful.

I’ve bought 14 vehicles so far from Autobidmaster. My experience has been very good with Autobidmaster. I was a bit cautious at the beginning after reading all the other reviews. Fortunately I have only had positive experiences. Olga has been the primary person I’ve been dealing with and she has been great. I’ve recommended the broker to several other people. I’ve had tremendous deals on cars and boats. I think the key is what your expectations are. There is very limited information about the vehicles and realize that what you are buying is what you see in the pictures. Nothing more nothing less. With that in mind do not assume anything not in the limited information. Then you shouldn’t have any problems. I have not experienced any of the money issues that others have had. Even though I’ve recommended the site to others I kind of wish I could keep it my little secret.

I’m writing to share a very positive experience with AutoBidMaster. I was cautious to do business with an auto auction dealer, many of the sites looked questionable and fees not clearly listed. AutoBidMaster’s site was very straightforward and fees clearly listed. Upon speaking with them I learned that registration and setup and time to bid on auctions was nearly instantaneous. From first hand experience I learned it was true and was able to quickly bid on my vehicle the next day. Upon winning my vehicle the rest of the process was clear and easy. I would recommend AutoBidMaster to anyone looking to do business with a reputable and trustworthy auto auction dealer.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I was told on the phone i would not be charged if they didnt win the bid on the car. They didnt win the bid on the vehicle but still they said i had signed up for the top of the line service with them.(which i did not). i never heard from them again, Then 2 years later they had sent me to collections. This company is a scam. Anna is mean, rude and the worst person i have ever dealt with.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY. The sole goal for this scam company is to charge you for a membership. once you fill out the form they will charge you $ 150 bucks and then send you to collections. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.
We are in the process of having this company investigated for Fraud with the State’s Attorney General.

Sry Chris but they are salvaged cars so you can’t expect that to be true other than it starts and moves (if thats the seal it has). It’s a Copart thing.
Anyways I purchased a motorcycle with them on a Starter membership adn when I won they sent me a invoice with a $ 150 charge for a premium membership and demanded payment within 24 hrs (wires go out at 2PM on PST) so I went ahead and wired the money thinking I could just call and get my $ 150 back but no. They keep everything you send and will give you nothing back even though you do not want a premium membership.
The rest of the bidding and documentation went fine but just be warned that membership fee will be applied first and you will need to call in prior to sending the money which they only take by wire.

The words «run and drives» means absolutely nothing. After spending $ 5k on a vehicle, it arrived with a completely shot transmission. Shot transmission cars do not «run and drive». They might start, but that’s about it.
This is total misrepresentation. The language on their site makes it clear that is actually their intent as well. Stay away.
Note all of my other Unilocal reviews have something positive to say. For noting, the vehicle had a clean title (not salvage).
