Damaged the whole side of our BMW this time.
Took them longer due to extent of damages but, they told me at the beginning that it would take longer than my previous repair I had. They repaired it like it’s new again. Highly recommend.

Wow I wish I could say my second visit to these folks went as well as the first. In less than 6 months my car was hit again and this time the damage was far worse than last time, my entire quarter panel had to be replaced. My husband also noticed that the first time we used them, (my bumper) was wavy and asked them to fix that as they should have the first time (they re-​opened that claim as well as my new one).
Drop off was fine, they had it a week, we were told it was ready, got up early on a Saturday morning and drove all the way over there, only to be told it was not ready, (they had damaged the brand new bumper while buffing it and also messed up the tint on my window)
The dude ASSUMED we needed the car and that we could being it back at a later date to finish being repaired. Why he did not call us and let us know I have no idea, I was fairly pissed to have made that trip on a Saturday morning for nothing. We certainly did not NEED the car back.
We left it there another week and told them to skip fixing the tint we would take it back to the shop that installed it in the first place.
It looks good and they do excellent work, but they really need to communication better with their customers.

Above and beyond! I went in for some body work after some random person keyed my car. Autowerks was speedy and thorough. My car was also extremely dirty: a carpet of doghair on the carpet. And they cleaned it until it looked new again. They really didn’t have to and I’m sure other places wouldn’t have done that. So thanks autowerks!

Very friendly when you walked in the first time but not the same when the insurance pay the bill. They don’t treat you like a customer anymore but more like a «trouble» that they don’t want to see you. My repair is minor but it costs well over $ 4000 due to luxury car. I left my car with them and have not heard anything for one week. I called in on the 8^th day and they said, the part will come in and you will have your car nicely done in 3 days. I called on the day of completion; «sorry, parts will come in this afternoon and it will be done tomorrow». This pattern repeats itself and no call back unless you call. You have to call in and they don’t know what is going on, have to call to check and call you back. With this kind of «promise», I wonder what kind of work are they delivering. A lot of lip service. Front desk also not so friendly, blunt conversation to the point. How could dealer sent me there?

$ 1800 estimate for work another auto service was able to fix for free. Is that insurance fraud or just a bad error?

As I write this review, I am sitting out in the parking lot waiting to pick up my car, which I expect, no doubt, will be pristine. Sadly, though, I have learned something about the company while sitting outside just now. I learned about the young people that they hire to move the cars. I just witnessed a young man move a gold Mercedes like a bat out of hell. The young man could have killed a small child by the reckless manner in which he moved the car. Luckily no one was hurt in the process, but it caught my eye. Be careful, young man. People are watching when you think they aren’t.

Amazing service, friendly and helpful. I won’t hesitate to go back, and appreciated the extra mile their staff went to help me.

it took 2 weeks longer than I had expected but my car looked amazing after I got it back. One minor problem that I hadn’t noticed right away will be straightened out as soon as I can get the truck back in to them for a few minutes. Be prepared for a long wait and be prepared to fall in love with your car all over again when you finally get it back because they will have totally made that extra time worth the wait.

A replaced bumper brought me into Autowerks during the holiday season. I was really impressed by their timeliness and flexibility especially since I was going out of the country for several weeks. They even took care of my car insurance when there were questions about my claim. The finish product was beautiful so I would most definitely go again.

I had a bit of a fender-​bender, ruined the bumper on my ’06 Honda Ridgeline, and scratched up the paint. I brought in my truck to Autowerks NW on the recommendation of my mechanic, Tom Dwyer Automotive (also great).
Autowerks did a fantastic job. They replaced the front fender. The paint looks, if anything, better than the factory original. They even sent me home with some extra touch up paint. :)
My contact was Mike Sy, and he was very easy to deal with, and seems to be a hell of a nice guy. I highly recommend this body-​shop.
