Excellent small family run salon. The BEST part is that they have newly sterilized instruments for each customer. Their attention to detail is outstanding also. Very friendly & attentive ladies that make you feel comfortable. This is my new favorite place for pedicures.

Really a great nail salon. I had a pedicure there today and it was a very nice experience. The techs are really professional and MUCH more customer service focused than in other nail salons I’ve been to locally. The very sweet, young tech I had today actually had a conversation with me(very different experience from many salons where it seems like the techs only talk to each other.) While my tech was working on my pedicure one of the other techs came over to see if I wanted anything to drink. It seems like the whole salon is focused on every individual customer’s experience. I relaxed, read a good book and enjoyed the experience completely. If you frequent other salons in the area, you should give this one a try…

I went to Autumn nails yesterday for an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. I was very impressed with the service I received. I got in immediately with no waiting. The employees were so professional and nice to me. My pedicurist told me to take my take when picking out a color for my nails. Once we got started doing my pedicure the woman who I believe was the owner came over and asked if I would like anything to drink. She poured me a glass of champagne which I very much enjoyed after a long day at work at my nursing job. I opted for the medium pedicure which was well worth the extra money for the extra massage. I left very happy and will be a repeat customer.

I have read the previous ratings and am surprised by them. I have been going to this salon for a couple of months and love, love them! They sanitize their tools and open the sanitation package right in front of you. Though my tree-hugger side cringes at the thought of all of the extra packaging used, the side of me that remembers the infection and round of antibiotics from a previous salon, rejoices. I read Natasha’s review about the nail color– I have never had this problem. If anything, the nail techs are overly concerned about whether or not I like the color. My best friend who is SUPER picky also likes the salon and my daughter, who is painfully shy and has been brought to tears by techs in other salons, also loves this place. They take their time and do an excellent job.

So I normally don’t write reviews, but I am so appalled and disgusted at the quality of service I received from here today that I had to. Being a California girl, I really don’t trust nail work done anywhere else but back at home. Yet, I decided to be a little adventurous today and check out this nail salon down the street from my house. All I wanted was a shellac manicure, but I had to get the shellac polish off from my previous manicure. 6 extra bucks? Fine. No problem. So as the lady was using the metal instrument to remove the stuff from my nails, she somewhat scraped the side of my cuticle. I didn’t really think much of it until I had to immerse my hand back into the acetone. When she took my hand back out to finish scraping all the junk off I looked at my pinky and saw an obvious gash on my finger. As I began pointing it out to her, she immediately put the blame on me and said it was MY fault — I had previously cut my own finger and didn’t realize it. O_o Seriously? A gash that red and I wouldn’t have noticed it? Not even after having that hand sitting there soaked in acetone for a good TENMINUTES? And for some odd reason, she had the audacity to get upset with me and stood up and walked off saying she wasn’t going to do my nails for me anymore. You really think I would want to continue getting my nails done at a business that provides HORRENDOUS customer service — blaming their customers for something THEYDID? You couldn’t even pay me to walk back into that place. Another lady, whom I believed might have been the owner of the store, began to chyme in and took her employee’s side. Do they really think someone my age would 1) want to spend an afternoon arguing with nail salon workers and 2) not know as gash that deep exist on my finger? Ughh. Completely disgusted. Hopefully, I didn’t pick up any nasty bacteria from the place.

So the lady that I had was very nice, and we were actually able to have a conversation, which was a nice change from most salons. HOWEVER. I am extremely disappointed because I got a shellac manicure. I picked a purple/pink color. When it came out on my nails, it was practically clear. Completely different than the color of the bottle. I paid $ 25 and my nails look like they have nothing on them. It’s very disappointing because I NEVER get my nails done in shellac, but I decided to treat myself and was let down. I even commented to the woman that it was extremely light and nothing came of it. Other than that this is a cute little salon — friendly, quiet, I love that they have a TV and you can actually hear it. They have mainly OPI and hardly any Essie though. *Update: The owner offered to give me half off my next service.
