For a long time, I thought of massage as a special luxury only to be enjoyed a few times a year. That notion has been blown out of the water in the best way by my experience at Avalon. The prices are reflective of both the high skill level and desire to make this therapy accessible. During the massage, I felt completely held, safe, and delighted as I experienced parts of my body that had been neglected for so long (despite an active yoga practice). What makes this my number one place for massage and education about all my soft tissues is that the effects were long lasting.
