Just had the most amazing experience shopping for a bike! Great price! Amazing service!
My purchase was slightly more complicated because I was shipping the bike to Chicago. Kris arranged for the bike to be packed efficiently to save on shipping, suggested shipping options, and researched neighborhood specific Chicago bike shops for us to ship directly to and for tune up and reassembly.

I stopped in on a whim, on my way to another shop. Much to my surprise they turn out to have a magician doing repairs in the back; I never made it to the other place. The selection of shiny new bikes, heavy on Bianchi road models, had me worried that they’d be less than welcoming to my sweet refurbished 1970’s mixte, but nothing could be farther from the truth. There are also some nice hybrids and comfort bikes on the floor along with a nice line of BMXish bikes for kids. A brief check of the price tags looks reasonable, and everyone is really friendly. I’ll definitely come here when I’m in the market for a new bike, and for repairs in the meantime.
