Gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful when I called in the am. Called back in the afternoon and the bee expert was at my house within a half an hour. He was friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and took care of the issue quickly. He gave us some scary info on the type of bee so we are beyond thrilled to have them killed. Their work is guaranteed for a year, too!
Of the three people working for this company I interacted with, ALL of them were wonderful! I would definitely contact them again in a heartbeat– hopefully I don’t have to though! :)

The man on the phone was very helpful, and Bill Ruhl, the exterminator, was in our area, and came very promptly — less than ½ hour — after our initial call. He reviewed the bees nests that were growing, sprayed them, and knocked them down, and gave us good advice on what to look for in the future (April-​May are the nest building months). We were super pleased!
