The month of February has kind of sucked for me. Actually, scratch the kinda, it has totally sucked for me. The most recent misfortune to befall me was a nephew attack-hug that ended in my beautiful purple Calvin Klein frames losing an arm. I bought them from this Binyon’s around a year ago, also after a catastrophic failure of eye wear(the plastic arm just… came off the metal hinge!). That style of frame and prescription had served me for well over 5 years. So a new exam and prescription were desperately needed. Little known fact; the optometrist office in Binyon’s is open even on Sunday and can easily accommodate walk-ins. The comprehensive exam is only $ 80, and if you are in a sight-seeing emergency such as I was last year, this is good info to know. I’ve been in love with my new frames, so I am very grateful to Victoria, the associate, who worked her magic and walked me through the whole process. I would’ve been even more depressed if I couldn’t get my frames replaced. A small deductible for the protection plan I had, removing the sticker gunk, popping in my lenses, and adjusting the frames was all it took, though. I walked in and out in under 30 minutes! And I could see where I was going when I left, which makes it twice as sweet.
