RUDE no customer service. Employee was on phone then the call got personal and she went in Back room. Did not wait.

It has taken over one month and my glasses are still not ready.
Twice, they have not passed inspection.
The discount received has not been worth not having glasses for this long.
At this point, they said another 5 days. Do I cancel or wait?
In the 26 years that I’ve worn glasses, I’ve never had this issue or length of wait.
Very disappointed with JCP!

Turns out, it took 40-​days to have my glasses ready. Way too long.
To try to say that they were ‘sorry’, JCP sent me a $ 20 gift card.
Frankly, I am insulte$ 1 per day that they were late. They should have discounted the services, as that is what they lacked in.
Not going back to JCP.
