I couldn’t return a shaving cream and an after shave balm I bought yesterday, unopened. The store manager says the product is not in a resellable condition because it is too cold. But when I ask her to show me the evidence that says if the product is below certain temperature, it is not in a resellable condition, she couldn’t show me any. She only found that if the product is over certain temperature then it is bad. But she still wouldn’t return me the products. Very bad experience. Will never come back to this store again.

Didn’t realize this location had been here for over 10 years! I used to order online!!! Wonderful staff and incredible products. If you’ve never been to one of there locations, check it out, you won’t be sorry! Organic products for the face, body & bath. No parabens or other nasty preservatives, just good clean plant and flower extracts. Enjoy!
