For the price, they have good quality cotton items. Once in a while I will buy a tshirt or two here, other than that it appears to be the middle aged crowd who want to look outdoorsy without actually having to go outdoors.
FYI, I used to buy their dress slacks (back when I wore such a thing — like a decade ago) because they lasted like no others.

I showed up here on black friday when all the stores were supposed to open at midnight. Upon reaching the EB store around 11:30, I was shocked to find their doors open and ready for shoppers.
Upon entering the store, I was promptly greated by Jordan and Joey. These 2 guys were best and nicest EB employees I’ve ever encountered. Despite the store being filled with chaos and it being midnight, these 2 guys were nothing but smiles and high fives.
I think EB should be greatful for having these two working at their company. The level of product knowledge they exhibited was really refreshing and made my purchasing choices an easy task.
