I have taken private Pilates sessions, duets and floor classes. I have been studios, mat classes and BS reformer classes at the RAC. I promise you, I am neither a Pilates expert or a gym whore but once you have taken private Pilates it’s hard to listen to all the other BS you get at other classes and you get addicted to the personal attention. This is hands-​down the best Pilates training in Portland. Stella knows her stuff, is totally non-​judgmental and works with ALL ages and body types for two years. I used to pay $ 80 for a private hour at other studios, Stella costs as little as $ 55 if you buy a package.
