Bronco Cleaners

Had to write a review because I was surprised by the negative reviews. I take my husbands police uniform in every week to be dry cleaned and always have had a good outcome. I have taken in a few of my own things and never have had any problems. Andres always greets me by name when I come in and is always friendly and helpful. He has even done them on a quick turnaround if I need them sooner. Took in my own top once that had a food stain and they tried twice to get it out. I agree that it would be nice if they took credit card because it is cash only but that is why there prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. I think they do a great job and Andres customer service is exceptional!!!

I simply can’t fathom how in 2015 there’s any business that’s not a food cart that is cash only. There’s literally zero excuse in the world to not accept debit. If you can’t handle the 3% or whatever it is you get charged for debit transactions I high doubt you are competent enough to run a business in 2015. Get a square like an adult.

Used to be really good and the laundering of shirts still is. But the dry-​cleaning is now the worst I’ve experienced in years. Time to move on after being a good customer for the past three years.

I have used Bronco Cleaners numerous times for clothing, tablecloths and comforters and consistently have had a positive experience. I have never noticed any smoke smell on my clothing or at their location. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are always friendly.

I just tried Bronco Cleaners for the first time. I really wanted to like this place because it is reasonably priced, has a friendly staff and is conveniently located for me. Unfortunately, all of my clothes came back smelling like someone had been smoking around them. Looks like I will have to get everything dry cleaned again to try to get the smell out.

I’ve been using Bronco Cleaners for about 5 years, because the prices are the best I’ve found in the Tigard, OR area — $ 2.99 a garment currently I believe. The quality is not the best I’ve found, but is is the best that can be found for the price. I take most of my dark and colored clothes to Bronco and my whites to a different cleaner. Bronco must use their solution for too long becasue my white clothes come back beige after only one cleaning. The cleaner where I take my whites (Greenview Cleaners) charges about $ 5 per garment. So I guess you get what you pay for! The staff at Bronco is very friendly and knows me and my kids by name.
Note: I took my comforter to be cleaned at Bronco and I had to take it in again to be cleaned at Greenview due to a poor job. So I don’t recommend Bronco for comforters.

Bronco Cleaners is the best. $ 15 for a comforter is hard to beat! Very friendly staff — we moved across town and still make the haul to go there.
