I’ve heard different from other people that have done cool sculpting and loved their results and if you don’t feel confident in that you may not get the results you want, know that the staff at ideal sculpting will make sure you leave happy! They are wonderful and work will work with you!

I was sceptical at first but I have nothing bad to say about this place. The atmosphere is professional, the employees are helpful, and I haven’t had a problem. The price is a little on the high side but with the results I’ve gotten its worth it. The appointments don’t take long at all and the schedule is flexible. Beauty is pain but they have products that ease the pain to make you comfortable. They have been nothing but helpful and I am grateful for the service I have received. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

If you want results — this is the place to go. I’ve gone to other laser hair removal places because Ideal Image is pricey, but I’ve learned that this place is worth the investment. It actually works — I am extremely happy with the service. The staff is helpful, flexible and accommodating.

They are on the expensive side but it is worth it. You definitely get what you pay for and I appreciate that my treatments are done by nurses, are backed with a guarantee and over 13 years of experience.

I had my lips done here a couple months ago while they were running a special. I had never had my lips done before but I decided «Why not, it’s not permanent!» so I went for it and I’m so glad I did! I LOVE my lips! They’re so full and voluptuous!!!
Bri was great in helping me work within my budget and get me what I wanted while the nurses gave me the lips I asked for and thankfully they talked me out of trying to add more. I’m glad I listened to them because the real results showed on day 2 and babbbbyyyyy when I say I had lips… I had lips! I am very happy with my results and the friendliness/​helpfulness of the staff at Ideal Image.

After getting burned both litterally and financially from groupon specials I decided to give Ideal Image a go. I was shocked by their prices but I really saw the value. They guarantee their work and all services are done by a medical professional. Plus I know how well a «bargin» laser treatment works, it doesn’t. Thanks to Ideal Image my bikini line has been hair free for over a year now and I love it so much, I’ve just started treatments on my legs. I wish pricing was better but the service can’t be beat, you do get what you pay for.

WASTE OF MY TIME. I spent about half an hour waiting for my consultant to get off the phone. This extra time in the lobby allowed me to notice how many frills surrounded me from the single cup coffee maker with various flavors to the pricey looking furniture. Where did they get money for this unnecessary fluff? I would soon find out…
When my consultation finally started I was asked why I came in. Dumb question considering I already had a lengthy conversation about this with them via email. So I answered again saying that I simply wanted to know how much it would cost for laser hair removal for both legs. This brought me to a long spiel from the saleswomen telling me details about laser hair removal that either were not important or common knowledge. She asked me stupid questions like ‘How do you FEEL about unwanted hair?’ and other similar emotional type questions.
After showing me charts of hair growth cycles we finally went into another room to discuss price. I was originally drawn in by their ‘up to 70% off’ radio ads. She wrote down some figures on a piece of paper and I was shocked. I told her that I was not willing to pay that price, so she wrote down another lower figure and showed it to me insisting that she ‘wasn’t messing with me’ on the prices. After denying the price again her entire personality changed. From perky and nice she went to cold and rude quickly. She acted as if I had wasted HER time. She threw away the paper with the prices and tried to scare me by saying that I could ONLY GET THE DEAL THAT DAY.
I told her that I needed to do my own research on the various lasers etc. She responded that most people will go online and find cheap lasers that will not work at other clinics. I did my own research and found that Ideal Image does use quality Alexandrite lasers. I also found that RESULTS SKIN CARE CENTER (about 2 miles away) uses the same Alexandrite type laser (Candela GentleLASE) for WAY CHEAPER! Glad I did my research. The ‘consultant’ at Ideal Image was so pushy and annoying. I will never go there again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IDEAL IMAGE!
