I have tried many Medi spas and this is the best one. They are honest and are never trying to sell you services that won’t give you your desired results. Kate’s injections are perfect everytime and the knowledge between her and the laser specialist always exceeds expectation. I have many weird skin issues and they are willing to research and work with my dermatologist on procedures that will work for me. Also their pricing is consistent and fair because it is about making you feel beautiful not making a quick buck. They take a medical approach. You never have to worry about getting old or water downed product.

5 stars? Times 1,000!!! I love this place so much I can barely find the words. The girls here are amazing: knowledgable, kind, sympathetic to my skin woes, and best of all HONEST. Always recommending the correct treatment, even if it is a less expensive option. I get Dermasweep, Botox injections, skincare products, laser hair removal. You name it, it can be done here. I have never felt so welcome and comfortable at a medi-​spa until I met these gals. They have me as a loyal customer for life!!!

Kate is spectacular. She has just the right touch and really knows the industry and the products. The office is beautiful and in a convenient location. Kate gives individualized attention and great advice. Love this place!

Always a great experience! I had botox here after buying a Living Social/​Groupon deal and I was happy with the results. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities were tip-​top.

Still love the quality of product, service and staff at the MediSpa. Kate has knowledge and passion for her field, it shows in the attention she gives each client. 5 star means woohoo! as good as it gets! I have been to other spa/​salons in the area; this is the only one I would rate 5* «as good as it gets!»

So, I have struggled with the size of my pores my entire post-​pubescent life. My skin is like a tantruming toddler, it requires finesse to keep the balance between lower-​face breakouts and upper-​face breakouts. So when it was suggested that I visit the Medi Spa, I was hesitant because I didn’t wish to anger the beast. But I finally gave in after a particularly nasty bout of acne. The first time I went in, I was treated by Shayna who used the DermaSweep on me, let me tell you how that went. When I arrived they gave me a clipboard with some forms and sat me down in their waiting area that smells like heaven and love all at once. I filled out the incredibly easy paperwork and they took me into this dimly lit room with a table that looked like something out of an alien movie. They left me alone to explore for a moment and after kicking off my shoes, I took my place on the operating table. She came back in with hot and wet towels and a bowl of water. She gently removed my make up and proceeded to tell me about my skin and what I could do to help keep it happy. Then the real work began! The alien like creature that she called upon greedily lapped at my pores, sucking up all of the toxins that came screaming out of them. It felt a bit like a cat licking my face, and then when it had had it’s fill, Shayna spread a viscous fluid everywhere that the DermaSweep had touched and sent me on my way with a warning, «The DermaSweep brings all the toxins to the surface, so prepare for a breakout.» Thankfully it was a Friday and I had the weekend to get through because I did break out more than normal, but they were gone quickly and didn’t scar, which is a first for me. The second time I went in, I went in to see what could be done to prevent future breakouts. Not only did we figure out the best options for me, but I also got my make up done! WOWZA!!! I would recommend EVERYONE visit the Medi Spa! The initial consult is FREE, so what do you have to lose?

Kate is the BEST!!! I used to get my treatments done in California, and I think they do a much better job here. It’s affordable too! You won’t be disappointed!

I first went to The MediSpa to see Lauri for laser hair removal and loved her! I have since gotten all my injectables done by Kate and would recommend them to anyone! Pricing is fair, scheduling is easy and Kate really cares about the results that you are looking for. She is the best!

I wish there is a zero star rating! Be careful before you purchase any coupon from them. They ripped off me by forcing me buy their expensive product. I purchased IPL through LivingSocial. At the appt, the lady refused to give me treatment UNITIL I agreed to buy a $ 125 cream! The reason is that she didn’t have confidence of the result without cream. I have to buy the cream because I already bought $ 100 coupon, no choice. So eventually, I spent $ 225 to do a IPL which is more expensive than no discount. I never touch that cream because it just reminded me of this nightmare experience. I have experienced IPL at three other spas in Portland area, neither one asked me buy anything. And they all show better results than this MediSpa!

I am sad I even have to give this facility 1 star! I purchased a deal for laser hair removal from them… I went in the first time and had a decent treatment, I was a little red but it went away after an hour. Ya it stung a little but thats expected with laser. My 2^nd appointment was when my nightmare started. She cranked up the juice for sure and I was leaping out of the chair, I am no weenie as I have several tattoos but wow did it hurt. I was asking her to ease up a bit but she powered through. I left with red circle welts everywhere the laser zapped. I awoke the next day and the welts were even larger! I called them and left a voicemail and no response after 2 days! I called her again after day 3 because I was still red and swollen! This is not typical of laser hair removal. Again no phone call. My 3^rd call attempt I threatened to bring in my attourney and she finally called. This was nearly 2 weeks after the fact! My legs had now turned dark brown in all the spots the laser hit. Known as post inflammatory hypo pigmentation. As a former laser tech myself I know that this will not always go away without the help of skin lightening cream. This should not have happened to me as I am a skin type 1 and very fair. I do not tan! She asked me to send pictures which I have, I also asked for a refund and a prescription of skin lightener. She pawned me off on Sharing Spree for the refund and did not even offer an apology or to have me come in so she can see what she did to me. This was 4 weeks ago and i still have brown circles all over my legs! I can’t wear a dress without cover up on them! For a doctors office they should have cared more! I was refunded by sharing spree and will now be in touch with an attourney! DO NOT GO HERE! They will burn you and not care one bit!!!

–location is not ideal for everyone but their level of service is worth the drive
–appointments have to be made quite far in advance but they are increasing their capacity to serve more clients
