Damn I really loved this place for their banh mi and bubble tea! Now that Lee’s is open down the street, I can’t even see myself stepping foot here anymore because they’ve stopped selling ALL their banh mi sandwiches. Whyyyyyy

I really really LOVE this place. The unfortunate part is that they no longer have banh mih’s for sale. They still have fries and corn dogs so finger foods are still available, but unfortunately no lunch items.:(

Bubble tea here is so good! I also tried the kimchi cheese fries with pork which were interesting, not sure how I feel about those. Good prices for everything, you can get a decent meal for less than 10 bucks. Both the people working there that I’ve encountered so far have been sweet and friendly. I would definitely return for the bubble tea and try out some of the other food options

Tapioca pearls were chewy and stale. Owner needs a class on friendliness and hospitality. Place was clean. Tasty bubble tea.

It was my first time trying Banh Mi fries and I have to say, it was pretty good. Worth the try! I’d definitely will go back for more.

Good service, the banh mi sandwiches were very tasty & the cantaloupe snow bubble was great as well all for an awesome price. A good place to grab a snack to eat & kid friendly also! My Daughter couldn’t get enough of the childrens’ books they had on the side. I would def come back & recommend this place to friends & family. Next time I have to try them tacos & Kim chee fries!

I have only been here one time. My husband and I both got a tea. He loved his and mine was also good. My only complaint is their menu could be organized better. It took us a minute to understand the tea options(this could be because they also serve food). The owner was very nice and helpful in explaining the different tea options to us. We will definitely go back!

Food was great! Staff very friendly, good prices. I’m a picky eater and barley go out because it’s hard to do fast, healthy and good. There Vietnamese tacos without the mayo to be healthier are great!

Decent Bobas /milk /bubble tea, not consistent with taste. Good enough place to get your boba fix. I will come back for sure. They have a good size selection of flavors. This place can get busy fast with kids from school nearby. I can’t fairly say anything about the food because I have not tried it yet. This review is boba exclusive. LOL.

This place is actually pretty decent considering the competition. I do like their Jasmine milk tea with boba. It has a really good flavor, but just be aware you do need to drink it relatively fast because if the ice melts, it tastes pretty watered down. The boba pearls are kind of a hit and miss, some days it’s not cooked quite all the way and hardens pretty fast, other days, it’s decent. I’ve also tried their BBQ pork sandwich, which is not bad, I do like that they use the Maggi soy sauce in it. The pickled veggies they don’t have an even ratio of carrots to daikon which is a little disappointing because I’m not a huge fan of the carrots, but love the daikon, which theirs barely has any. I’ve also tried the kimchi cheese fries which are not bad, but nothing to write home about. The banh mi fries are pretty good, but I would not recommend getting it with the grilled pork. That pork was not cooked very well. Ruined the dish for me, I would probably order it without meat next time. Overall, I’m definitely coming back for the boba and occasionally for the BBQ pork sandwich.

The owner of the shop is awful! Her behavior to the employees made me embarrassed for them. Not to mention the food was horrible! The fries tasted like old stale oil and the bubble tea was nothing more than a powder base drink with hard bobas. GROSS! Needless to say I will never be back.

Bubble Tea was just like any other boba place in town… though I miss Blue Sky and Karma. The thing I like about this place is the fact I can walk 10 minutes from my place to get bubble tea. If they mess your drink up, let them know and they will make it to your liking.

Ducked in for a quick bahn mi before grocery shopping. The place is small, clean, obviously run by a family. The kids were doing homework at one of the tables. The sweet woman at the counter made sure we were ok with chicken liver pâté on our grilled pork bahn mi. Bring it on. It was ready quickly. For $ 4 we had a somewhat small bahn mi with the perfect balance of meat, mayo, jalapeño, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro on a crusty roll. Win. It was yummy. They have plenty of bubble teas, smoothies, and shakes to choose from. Also bahn mi french fries, rice bowls, weekend phở, chips… and a lucky cat to make you smile. I liked it.

Ordered: banh mi thit nuong and dac biet Service: super friendly, quick, cheap Taste: okay. My only gripe is that the bread was slightly stale and very soggy. To improve this, they should really thoroughly drain the pickled carrots and daikon before adding it to the sandwich.

I love bubble tea, and this might be my favorite shop in town. Bubble tea here is good, but not great. It’s good enough to make me crave it once in a while, but what brings me back here on a regular basis are two things: 1) Owners are great people and always take care of their customers. 2) KIMCHISTEAKCHEESEFRIES!!! Obviously, both are great reasons to patronize a business, but you can tell I am more excited about one than the other. Food here is always a treat, whether it’s the Vietnamese tacos, Banh Mi, or cheese fries. Try it and you’ll be hooked, just like me.

I love bubble tea, I’ve had it all over the world. This isn’t the worst but far from the best. A ok, quick fix, but if you can make a longer trip there’s other bubble tea towards Beaverton that are yummier. Overall average.

Ordered milk tea without boba. Spending so much time in Taiwan-land in CA may have changed my taste buds but I would have liked a stronger tasting milk tea. Other than that. Not a bad place to hang out at. Quality: 3 Service: 3 Cost: 3

I haven’t had any of the food here, but I come here often for their milk tea. If you like chai, you’ll like the milk tea here. It’s a sweetened black tea with a non-dairy creamer and of course I always add black tapioca pearls(boba). I’ve had plain, strawberry and blueberry milk tea and although I think all of them are good, I tend to stick to the strawberry. The staff here is friendly and helpful(I’ve heard them explaining some of their menu items to customers who need it). The boba texture is perfect and not mushy. They also have a punch card when you get your 10th drink free(My next drink will be free!). I came here once and they were out of boba(which is the reason it’s missing the 5th star). I ended up not ordering anything that time since the whole point of bubble tea is the pearls. Confession time: I really love that little sealer machine they use on the cups. Half the fun is seeing which little character I get on my seal.

Since I’ve been seeing so many recent positive reviews, I decided to give it another try… Last time, I had the original milk tea with tapioca pearls. But this time, I got the jasmine milk tea with tapioca pearls. It tasted great, but there can be some improvements: 1) The texture of the tapioca was perfect, but there was barely any flavor. There is a bit of sweetness in there though. 2) And they added a little too much sugar syrup in the milk tea. Superdooper sweet, but I can handle it. In my last review, I said I wasn’t coming back. Since there have been improvements, I will be back-for more tasty drinks. Hopefully, they add clear drinks to the menu(like jasmine green tea) so I can add lychee jelly to it. *droooool

Stop having your friends posting reviews. There is no way anyone can think this place is great. This place is horrible. I had the traditional sandwich and a mango bubble tea. First, in the middle of the day and they are out of bubbles. What?#*! Second, the sandwich was bland and the bread was not crunch as it should be. Bad service, staff, and location. Go to Beaverton to Tan Tan for Bahn Mi and boba drinks.
